**MATERNAL MENTAL HEALTH WEEK** - grab a cuppa !!

Life after a missed miscarriage!!

💫 Day 1 - if you look closely you can see my body ... my body , even my face is covered in scratches ! Scratches from my Obstetric Cholestasis - a condition in pregnancy that is serious risk to both you and baby !! A risk of still birth - an anxiety I had from the get go and a constant fear / mind fuck (excuse me) that drilled me everyday “is my baby going to die”
- Frank had to come 3 weeks early - ECC - and weighed 5lbs 1oz ! In this photo so soon after he was 4lb 10oz !!
- taken off of Matthew when he came out because he went blue and all you can see if people pressing buttons and loud noises ! “Is my baby okay??” - I then throw up !
💫 6 Months in - the realisation your 6 month old is going to nursery 4 days a week and because of a pandemic you have spent all day everyday with him ! The thought was heartbreaking !!!!!! I’ve done this all on my own all day before Matthew gets home ! No help at all ! But let me tell you - for both of us - it has been the best thing that has ever happened !! They are amazing , Frank is so confident and they have helped us so so so much !!!
💫 Today - we stayed at home on our first sick day - Frank isn’t very cuddly at the moment because he just wants to be on the move - so at 4:30am even though he was still sleeping he was unhappy so I went and picked him up and we had the most amazing cuddle in bed 💙 he also cheered up a lot throughout the day and the cheeky smile came back !!

Continued in comments about the 3 people in the photos !!! #maternalmentalhealth #mentalhealth #pregnancy #newborn #babyboy #family #coronavirus #pandemic #pandemicbaby #obstetriccholestasis #oc #icp

Happy 60th to my greatest friend Sally. So many fun times. Soul weekenders away, marriage, family, but most of all shared laughter and love. Looking forward to sharing your special day today ❤️xx

A mother and 1 Gee to be , 1 grandma and great grandma , and a mother to be 💝💝 A different kind of Mother’s Day today - a virtual one - but it’s a chance to think of all the memories we have so far and how many more we’re going to have from the summer onwards 💝 Today I’ve thought about Mother’s Day slightly differently and can’t help but think about the fact I was already supposed to be a mummy but feel very grateful there isn’t much time left before that actually happens. There are mums out there who were once mothers and mums to be , those no longer have their mums and those that are still trying to become mums 💝 I’ll be lighting a candle for all of those today and looking forward to seeing everyone sharing pictures all day 💝 #happymothersday #mum #grandma #mumtobe

You know you’ve had a cracking weekend when the only photos you take are 1. On the Friday night and 2. On Sunday morning ! The amount of prosecco consumed this weekend I would not recommend to anyone 🙈🤦🏽‍♀️🥂 nor staying up until 5:30am eating pizza and chicken wings ... my body (mainly my legs and feet) are KILLING me but I loved every minute ! DJs were unreal and the memories will last forever and ever ! There were lots of tears shed by many and just feel so grateful to be able to be part of this and my dad creating something so special. I know have some of the bestest bestest friends ! Hope everyone is all tucked up in bed and scrolling through looking at all the photos and videos ❤️ ... now to rest before Ibiza in 12 days time before we all meet again in Essex !! Family is the most important thing in the world ... The Soul Family ❤️
