What an amazing day at the grappling industries competition today. Everyone had great rolls, some won, some lost but the experience is worth it. The main thing is we had fun and got to enjoy our time with our friends on and off the mat. 🙌🙌

✨ What an incredible day to be surrounded by old friends, new faces, and coaches who continue to inspire us 🙌

We were truly blessed to share the mats with so much knowledge, passion, and energy. A very special thank you to @vivianinthewild , who made the trip up from NSW to pour her heart and wisdom into us today. The lessons you shared will stay with us and only help us grow stronger—both on and off the mats.

To @coachphillipg , @elementmabrisbane , and @garrabjj_ —thank you for always putting your students first and creating opportunities like this that remind us why we love this journey.

Today wasn’t just about training. It was about connection, growth, and the kind of support that makes us better people as well as better athletes. Grateful beyond words 🙏❤️

Huge day at the South East QLD BJJ Championships! With just 5 junior competitors, we secured 3rd place overall for the juniors @thefightcentre_brisbane 🥋

Proud of these kids for representing themselves with heart and discipline, win or lose. Big shoutout to the parents for their constant support and motivation—this journey wouldn’t be possible without you! The marathon continues.

OSS!
