Unhinged? Yes! Game changing? Also yes! Hot tip for all my euro summer divas (diva is a gender neutral mindset), from a Type A Sagittarius who is chronically overpacked! Special thanks to @saltbushstretch for the OG hot tip!

I’m obvs freezing my tits off in Melbourne so leave my outfit alone 💋

Big day on Friday, packing up 3 grey reformers and setting up 3 new white ones! 😍
When the message came through from Em @saltbushstretch about wanting 3 grey reformers to expand her studio, I was more than happy to help her out. Also was great timing with my new studio build getting done to do a reformer switch! 🤍 what a fun little collab, helping a fellow studio owner out! Can’t wait to see your studio update with your new beds Em! 😍 exciting times ahead 🤩

AHHHHH Hay you’ve done it again

(I hope you said that like ah McCain you’ve done it again add)

Thank you for the high vibes, river swims, early morning runs, heatwave to cook an egg I can’t even eat and most importantly the opportunity to teach the best form of exercise……Pilates.

Man I love it. The burn. The huff and puff. The smile at the end. The thought I actually can’t go any further but you do it anyway. The pre class walks with friends. The post class chats about how much I whipped your bootayyyyyy. The temple massage (ahhh bliss)

Thank you and catch you next time ❤️🤠🤘🏼🤩👌🏼🍑🧘‍♀️💃
