The race is over. But your running goals aren’t. 🏃

Whether you tackled the Baltimore Running Festival this weekend or you’re already eyeing your next race, lingering pain shouldn’t dictate what’s next.

Recovery is more than waiting for the soreness to fade. It’s understanding what’s holding you back and building the capacity to keep doing what you love.

Still dealing with pain after race day❓ Let’s talk about what’s next🤝

If you live in Baltimore and your physical therapy clinic doesn’t look like this...

You might not be getting the results you’re looking for.

Most physical therapy is a closed off room, a resistance band, and a heat pack.

Rehab 2 Perform is built like a gym for a reason:

Getting back to full strength takes real equipment, the right environment, and a plan that treats you like an athlete.

Whether you’re chasing a PR or chasing your kids around, the standard is the same.

We’re opening in Harbor Point, built by Baltimore clinicians for the Baltimore community, and serving Harbor Point, Fells Point, Canton, Federal Hill, and the surrounding city.

Drop “Baltimore” in the comments and we’ll reach out personally to get you set up.

What is eNPS? It’s the score that shows whether a team actually likes where they work, not just whether they show up.

This is what the team already here says about working at R2P.

Three straight years. One shared standard.

Rehab 2 Perform ranks No. 28 on Fortune’s 2026 Best Workplaces in Health Care list in the Small & Medium category. 🏆

Behind this recognition is a team that challenges each other to grow, supports one another, and brings that same care to every patient they serve.

To our team, thank you for making R2P a place where people can do meaningful work and keep getting better.

Pelvic health physical therapy can include treatment on the table—but it shouldn’t end there.

At R2P, we help patients progress toward the real demands of motherhood: lifting, carrying, running, training and feeling confident in their bodies again.

Because motherhood is physical—and your rehab should prepare you for it.

This is pelvic health at R2P.

When your workout is your time, pain doesn’t just interrupt training. It takes away something you do for yourself.

You shouldn’t have to keep planning around what hurts.

Getting out of pain is part of it. Getting you back to what you love doing is the goal.

Physical therapy built for more than just feeling better.

Your workout. Your time. Stay Ready 2 Perform.

Mom of 3. Pelvic PT. I see you mama if you are returning back to work postpartum.

I see you watching the monitor instead of watching them wake up. I see you turning the key and their favorite song comes on and suddenly you need one more minute before you can drive away. I see you catching a quick glance at their empty car seats on your way into work.

Nobody talks about this part of postpartum. The going back part. The missing them while you are simply doing your job part.

Like this if you’ve been in this season.

A lot of companies claim patients love working with them. At R2P we have the number.

94 Net Promoter Score. NPS measures how likely someone is to recommend you to a person they care about, not just whether they were satisfied. Most healthcare organizations land well below this.

That’s the standard and the caseload you’d be walking into.
