We’re excited to kick off a new nutrition series at Aloha Kihei CrossFit! 🌺💪

In today’s video, Coach Alana sits down to talk story with Coach Carly—who also happens to be Coach Matt’s wife! Get to know Carly and hear why nutrition matters to her, both in the gym and in everyday life.

This is just the beginning. We’ll share more clips from their conversation and some helpful tips along the way. Give Coach Carly some aloha in the comments! And give her a follow as well @carly.inthe.kitchen 💚#crossfit #nutrition #registereddietician

2-Months away from closing out Year 10 and what a journey it’s been. 💫

We have had many come through our roll-up doors. Lives were changed for the better, relationships were built, married couples initially met here, mothers during pregnancy trained here, many got off of medications, found mental wellness, embraced this community, that overall had the interest of everyone’s well being. We withstood through Covid, our doors were open freely from those affected by the 2023 wildfires, we have supported awareness workouts, fundraisers, and other community events. And yes, we had a blast doing so all while providing value to our island and city of Kihei.

Mahalo for everyone that came through our doors, that gave blood, sweat and tears, that found us to be a special place and we take pride in these accomplishments. 👊🏽

If you ever dropped-in, coached, trained, or even just came by to peek at what we are up to, you’ll see the ALOHA that has been poured into this space. If you’re one of them that poured into our Box, we deeply MAHALO YOU. 🙏🏽

Hey, gang—we see you. 🌺

We see you taking the extra time to stretch, showing up on the hard days, chasing those PRs, and trusting the process.

But the best part? You’re never doing it alone.

Your coaches see your effort. Your fellow athletes celebrate your wins. Your Aloha Kihei CrossFit ʻohana is beside you—encouraging you, challenging you, and reminding you just how capable you are.

Every time you walk through these doors, you make our community stronger. Keep showing up, keep lifting one another, and keep spreading the aloha. We are so proud of you! 💪🏽🤙🏽

Happy Aloha Friday, ʻohana!
