Before anyone else, I need to thank my son, Abner. ❤️

My sweet boy, you’re the reason I never give up. Your eyes are full of love and encouragement. Thank you for letting me be your hero. I hope I’m showing you that we can chase our dreams as a single-parent family and still fucking tackle the world together. God blessed me beyond words when He made me your mom. I’m so proud of the little man you’re becoming. One day, I can’t wait to cheer YOU on. You’ll always be my biggest blessing.

To my coach: Thank you for pushing me through 20 weeks of prep and all of life’s chaos. You challenged me, held me accountable, and reminded me what I was capable of. You’ve helped me grow not only as an athlete, but as a coach and business owner. Thank you for believing in me and helping me prove I belong on that stage. I can’t wait to see what’s next!

Sam Norman, thank you for teaching me posing, helping develop my routine (especially that front pose!), and answering every little question, even about jewelry!

Kristen, my best friend and last-minute posing lifesaver. You listened to me cry through those final weeks, calmed my anxiety, and ALWAYS showed up. I love you.

Crystal, my big sister. You’ve seen my messiest chapters and loved me through every one. You held me up when I felt like falling apart and reminded me who I was fighting to become. Sharing this moment with you means more than any medal. You’re my safe place, my biggest cheerleader, and the sister my heart chose. I love you endlessly.

I can’t wait for my actual stage shots but ANYWAAAAYYYYY….. Third place wasn’t the result I wanted, but getting on that stage was a win for me in itself…

I almost walked away from this prep more times than I can count (see end of photos lol). I know I didn’t give it my fullest effort. Outside circumstances affected me, but I won’t use them as an excuse

Yesterday, I stepped on stage questioning whether I was ready to be there. Confidence is half the battle, and it was lacking — something I’m taking into the next three weeks.

This prep is DONE. I’m looking at today’s “cheat day” as a reset. Taking the lessons and moving forward. Back in three weeks with a new look 🤩🕺🤪🔜💘💔‼️

Adriana is in her second year of law school. Currently a case manager at a firm and a bartender. All this going on and still making prep happen as an NPC Bikini Competitor That’s some dedication and drive right there.
With that said I want to express just how proud I am of our girl for finding away in what looks impossible to most. Now, Adriana is a fierce competitor and is on a mission to claim the top spot. Though today was not that day. However, Top 3 in a very good lineup is absolutely reason to celebrate, but like I said, she’s coming for more. So, 3 weeks out from Boston to press for the top at the NPC New England Championships 🏆

4 weeks ago, I made the impulsive decision to compete in my first bodybuilding show… and walked away with some hardware

4 week prep, hours of posing practice, and a fuckton of discipline later, I can officially say my first prep is complete and 1st show is in the books!!

I’m beyond blessed and grateful for my friends, family, and coaches who supported me, pushed me, and believed in me every step of the way. This experience reminded me just how much I’m capable of when I lock in, trust myself, and go all in.

With @hyroxworld DC coming this weekend, a moment to reflect on NYC. What a way to close it out. That race wasn’t just another finish line—it was the one that tied the entire weekend together for me.

Three races. One unforgettable weekend. And somehow, this race was the one that brought everything full circle.

For the first time, I stopped wondering if I belonged in the Pro field... and started believing that I do.

Racing alongside @zackwiz1389 , representing @titan6actual in of course my home @goldsgymsmithtown golden yellow, I couldn’t help but think... this is exactly where we’re supposed to be. And…. We’re only scratching the surface. This race showed both of us what we’re capable of, but more importantly, how much potential is still left to unlock.

This weekend gave me something I can’t put a time on. It gave me confidence.

Confidence that I belong in the Pro field.

Confidence that @coachbrooklyn and coach @mattnormann are leading me exactly where I need to go and want to be.

Confidence that the work and the belief are paying off.

Confidence that my goal and philosophy of performance and aesthetics IS possible.

Some of the best running I’ve ever had. Some of the most fun I’ve ever had racing.
