🫀Heart

At the center of everything is the heart. A constant rhythm that carries us through every moment. It is both a vital organ and a silent witness to our lives. It answers before we have words—it accelerates, softens, holds memory within its pulse. We speak of it as the seat of emotion, yet it is also a precise and tireless machine.

Between physiology and emotion, the heart blurs the boundary and reminds us that every experience is both lived and felt. Again and again, we return to it—to its rhythm, its presence, its quiet persistence in wanting to be heard. In its pulse, we find the traces of all that we have lived and felt.

We love it when the #nzsdwhanau meet around the world.

Recent #classicalballet graduate Sama Rowe @sama.rowe has been visiting #NZSDalumnus Aidan Tully @_aidan_tully_dance_ in wintry Toronto. Aidan now dances with @nationalballet.
