We didn’t always say “Hello” ☎️

In 1878, telephone operators actually answered calls by saying “Ahoy!” ⛵️ The nautical greeting was championed by the man himself, Mr. Alexander Graham Bell until his dying day. Thomas Edison on the other hand favored “Hello” which may have eventually won the war, but the inventor of the telephone stayed steadfast with his ship-to-shore salutation until the bitter end.

Sony Kando 2026!

I was so honored when I got the invitation to Sony Kando 2026, and let me tell you, it didn’t disappoint!

Here’s a few frames from the workshops and it was great to get the chance to try out things I normally don’t shoot! But of course, my favorite part was meeting all the people! What makes this community so special is that everyone I met, was better than me at something when it comes to content. Everyone got their own unique skills and talents. And just watching these people and seeing the way they look at something is so cool and to me, the best way of learning is by spending time with people that are better than you at something!

Whats your favourite edit? 😇

Here it is - my favorite part of the month.
These edit challenges are genuinely so much fun for me. I love seeing all the different versions, ideas, and crazy creative takes you come up with.
The only downside is, I can’t let everyone win… even though so many edits would deserve it.

Today there’s no new photo to download - because I’m working on something bigger.
In December I’m hosting a completely free photo competition that anyone can join.
