2025 was full of lots of cooooool things. i traveled, Claire and i bought our first house, i bought my first (and second) old car, Claire graduated PA school, i interviewed some really cool people, i made lots of new friends, i kept a lot of amazing friends, i cried a lot, i wrestled with God, and probably some other stuff i’m forgetting.

If you see me looking like I've lost my best friend, it's because I have...kinda. 😢 Our very best friends have sold their home 🏡 and have moved a whole state away! 😭 And this one was a tough one for me! Gelaina was the first person to encourage me to pursue real estate 🏘️ and has been one of my biggest cheerleaders. She and Robert were our weekly trivia dates 🤓 and just as close as family to us.

But as I was reminded in my morning quiet time, I need to focus on what is true and excellent ✨—and there’s so much of that in their story. Not only did they successfully sell their unique home in a challenging market to a sweet family who needed it 🏠, but as new empty nesters, they’re now reunited in the same town as all their little birdies who've flown the coop. 🐦 How amazing is that? (Bet you can't guess where they went? 😂)

They are exactly where they’re meant to be so I can't be sad! Plus I know they have a guest room ready for us! 🛏️ Thank you, Gelaina and Robert, for trusting me with this sale. And a special shoutout to my husband—he wouldn’t wrangle runaway cats for just anyone! 🐈‍⬛🐈
