It was much harder than I anticipated & it took longer than I anticipated… kinda like getting lean for the first time 😉

90% of plans aren’t going to work

Until you fix the strategy behind them

Shane was doing all the typical stuff to lose the gut…

Fat burning classes
Circuit training
Endless treadmill
Couple of gym machines
Even a few PT sessions

But alas… the belly was still entering the room first

Leaving Shane feeling self conscious, frustrated & embarrassed when playing football around his mates

There was no issue with effort or a lack o trying

But there was an issue with the strategy

Sure he was boring a fair few calories here & there

But all to took was 1 day of going over & BAM he’d be right back to square 1

There was a lack of accountability to stay focused
There was a lack of BUILDING progress through overload
There was a lack of results.

Shane finally reached out after a few years of thinking about it & we mapped out a new strategy to suit him

No more endless cardio (We focused on strength instead)
No more cutting out random foods (We planned ahead each week of food)
No more guessing & hoping (We had a clear & proven strategy to guaranteed results)

Fast forward a few months & Shane has turned things around…

His belly is gone
He can take his shirt off on holidays
He has more confidence with his dating life (Maybe too much)
And he can get away with a lot more food due to the increase in calorie demand

All it took was a custom strategy & a little accountability to stay on track

Not supplements, fads & micro biomes…

If you’re belly is bothering you & you are sick of the guess work

If you have tried seemingly everything but nothing is working…

All you have to do is message me “Yup” & we can fix this

Lanzarote photo dump:

Honestly love it more & more I go

This time I had the privilege of bringing my mum too which was amazing ❤️

I set a goal to be leaner than last time which I was pleased to reach

Really enjoyed chilling on the beach after working so hard in the gym

Got a few compliments which was nice

I’ve been on the beach out of shape before & I’ve been in shape on the beach…

Its much better haha 😂

Food was amazing, but thanks to all the walking and swimming I’ve lost more fat 💪🏻

Now to dial things back in to get lean enough for a reverse diet & add some more size 💪🏻🫡

Sadly the winners of Heat 1 couldn't perform. But Heat 2 winners @Aviira were next up for Cheltenham's @m2tmofficial final at the @frogandfiddle.
