POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

It’s wild to say Pastors @alexgallien and @sammgallien have been leading @overflowchurchtn for over seven years now. It’s pastor appreciation month and we just want to say “Thank You” for everything you’ve poured into this church, community, region, and beyond these last seven years. What an honor it is to be led by you. Thank you for your yes and here’s some quotes from the leaders you lead so well.

I think 2026 has been my favorite year in the history of our church, and these last few weeks have been some of my favorite weeks of it all.

While I’ve loved the messages, the worship, and everything we get to enjoy on Sundays, I think what’s made this year so special (for me at least) is less about how much I like what we do and more about how much I just like being with our people. The friendships, the stories, the memories and getting a front-row seat to what God is doing in the lives of so many that I’ve grown to really love and appreciate has made this season one I won’t soon forget.

Also, great work from @overflowchurchtn’s Capture Team gathering these photos last week. Fantastic content.

We gave our staff a little heads-up about the sermon this Sunday… and as you can see, everybody’s excited😅

We’re wrapping up It’s Complicated with “THE GIFT OF S*X,” and we’re having an honest, biblical conversation about a topic the Church probably needs to talk about more often.

Fair warning: This one’s for the grown-ups! 😅 Kid-O’s will be available during all three services. This Sunday, like every Sunday, is a great opportunity to make sure your child has the opportunity to learn on their level.

There’s something so beautiful about women gathering in the presence of God. 🤍

In the middle of all the hats we wear, the people we care for, the responsibilities we carry, and the noise of everyday life, sometimes we just need a moment to be still. To breathe. To worship. To be reminded of who God is and who He says we are.

That’s the heart behind Back to Eden Women’s Night. 🌿

My prayer is that every woman who walks through those doors feels welcomed, seen, and loved 🥰

You are invited:
✨ Friday, November 13
✨ Doors open at 5:30pm for grazing & giveaways
✨ Worship & gathering from 6:30pm-8:30pm
✨ White attire encouraged

📍 Overflow Church

Invite your mama, your sister, your cousin, your best friend, your barista, the checkout lady, your coworkers, etc. Let’s fill this space with women that are hungry for more 🥰🌸

It’s hard to believe that 7 years ago this month, we watched one of the most incredible miracles in the history of @overflowchurchtn begin to unfold.

Looking back on it now, I’m still overwhelmed by the goodness and faithfulness of God. The ways He has grown, transformed, and blessed our church since then are almost impossible to put into words.

And now, seven years later, we’re preparing to launch our second campus in Martin, TN, with our first worship gatherings scheduled for January 2027.

But so much of what we’re experiencing today can be traced back to a handful of people who dared to believe God for something that seemed impossible. People who spoke prophetically, stepped out in faith, gave sacrificially, and were obedient when God called them to play their part.

As it does for our church, I hope this story reminds somebody that you better not stop believing God for big things. Keep praying. Keep dreaming. Keep being obedient with whatever He’s placed in your hands. You have no idea what God might do with one step of faith, or how many lives might be changed because of it. You can’t outdream God.

Gotta love pastoring a church that keeps you humble😂

And friends who bully you because of how much they all love your wife and child❤️

SORRY @sammgallien 😅

Kid-Tributor Days have always been special for @overflowchurchtn , but they hit a little different when you have a kid. Roman is technically too young to participate, but every now and then you’ve gotta pull the pastor card, break the rules and put that gift of talking to work early😂

Martin, you were something special. 🌱

We’re so thankful we got to be a part of the Grassroots Soybean Fest Faith & Family Night. Getting to worship, serve, and simply be present with the people of Martin was such a gift.

One of the things we love about Overflow is getting outside the walls of the church and being involved in the community around us. We’re excited for what’s ahead as we officially become part of the Martin community in 2027.

Martin, we’re grateful to be here. We’re grateful to serve. And we’re really excited about what God is going to do in this community.
