If you haven’t heard, @tagheuer brought out some pretty tasty new Carrera chronos this year for @lvmh watch week! And I got to get hands on with them thanks to @cap8614 and my great friends at the Austin Boutique in the Domain.

Slide ➡️ for a solo wrist shot for each of these beauties (green, black, and blue dials). The 41mm cases are a wonderful execution of the glass box design that has been so well recieved these past few years. With a lug design that slants down and the Glassbox it optically even wears a bit smaller than a typical 41 imho.

These are fantastic. I’m incredibly impressed and if you aren’t paying attention to what Tag is doing, you’re missing out. Yet another great execution leveraging their Heuer racing design history.

I asked @strapsco for a crocodile leather strap — The closest match to the original one Omega sells. They recommended this, and it’s honestly a banger. A black crocodile-embossed leather strap with quick-release, delivering premium look and feel at an incredible Low price that’s hard to beat. The texture, finish, and ease of swapping straps completely elevates the watch.

When the Situation gets CRAZY, The Chains Stay Solid. At @traxnyc
If im not mistaken, this is The Skull Head Links Chain and If i were to get me a Gold Chain, I know where i would go to get mine!

If you’re in the Instagram jewelry/watch world, you’ve probably come across the recent video involving @traxnyc - ( Allegedly Attacked ) a situation escalated very quickly, and things got out of hand. In the chaos, a group of people pulled on Trax’s gold chain so hard it left a visible mark on his neck — and it got me thinking:
“Damn… that’s a STRONG chain!”
If it didn’t break, that’s quality. 😂

For some reason, it reminded me of a legendary ad inspired by a real-life incident involving Bernie Ecclestone, the former head of Formula 1. After being mugged and having his watch stolen, Hublot turned that unfortunate moment into an iconic campaign with the line: “See what people would do for a Hublot.”

That concept inspired me to reimagine a similar idea around Trax’s recent moment — purely as a creative exercise.

This design is just for fun and creative inspiration. All credit goes to whoever originally created that @hublot ad concept.
