What a fantastic end of block pre peak SBD, thoroughly enjoyed today’s session where I hit 3 new PRs and I couldn’t be happier 3 weeks out till next comp!!! 💪💪

Feels absolutely incredible to have come so far in such a short amount of time! 8 months ago this was my competition maximum and now here I am repping it for 5 tempo reps and it feels so brilliant and still plenty more to come🔥🔥🔥

Big thanks to everyone for supporting me and especially both @samwalkerstrength and @elladlifts

Week 3 into the block

We are 5 WEEKS OUT….

And I’m fatigued to shit however, we are cooking hopefully some big numbers at @mucs2026 and maybe just maybe a BUCS QT with coming back to DMU for a masters.

Last couple months had a decent off season and with the help from @elladlifts with my nutrition, I’ve cut about 5kg and sitting around 101kg with plenty of room to eat for the peak block and of course @samwalkerstrength cooking with the program we gonna see some big numbers.

Just gotta lock in with my recovery so we can move. Time to spam Epsom salt baths, tiger balm and massage gum therapy…

New uni accomodation may be optimal for increasing sbd

Also ended up in a love triangle between tab and evolution fitness, not ideal
