Five years of movement. Five years of connection. Five years of making wellness accessible to EVERYONE. 🤎

November 14 marks five years of @morningmindsetwithtai: The Hike + Experience, bringing women together through wellness, fitness, spirit and community in beautiful spaces that support our individual journeys toward healing and wholeness.

What a joy to bring Morning Mindset with Tai: The Corporate Experience to WOCRA’s BIG Summit in Atlanta!

Thank you, @kimberly.l.minor and @littsmitt , for welcoming us, and to my incredible practitioners, @sadiayansaneh, who guided our movement, and @sanchez_sanctuary, who closed our experience with beautiful sound healing.

Our trademark-pending AMCR™ framework: AFFIRM, MOVE, CONNECT, RESET is designed to help us shift in the moment and through life’s changing seasons.

And we had BIG fun, BIG movement, BIG connection and BIG healing!

I am no longer searching for the woman I am meant to be. I am her. Perfectly imperfect and oh so proud. An ode to the saying, “You can start over at any age. Life is for the living.”

To my framily, new and old friends, thanks for all the birthday love. I’ve spent this season spreading healing vibes, creating and connecting.

Like a true Libra, I’ll be celebrating til the end of the year so keep it comin’. 🤎 😘🤲🏽

Sometimes the MAGIC happens when you get quiet. 💕✨

With everything we carry as women, entrepreneurs, mothers, and leaders, how often do we actually give ourselves permission to just BE?

At the Manifest Magic Retreat, we made space for exactly that. 🪄

Sound bowls, deep breaths, quiet moments, and an opportunity to release some of the things we’ve been carrying. Thank you @sanchez_sanctuary 🧘🏾‍♀️

Because manifestation isn’t always about doing MORE. Sometimes it’s about slowing down long enough to hear yourself again.

And THIS is why I wanted to create this experience for my Manifestors. 💖

Thank you @lusomesleep for providing our collagen infused eye mask 😍

If you’ve been watching and wishing you were here, don’t miss your opportunity in 2027!

💖 Comment FOMO and we’ll send you the link to reserve your spot!

PR ICON & sister friend Africa McClain - with Ella Jane Productions - invited many of us out to the "Surrounded By Water - Surrounded by Stories Showcase" at the SVA Theatre in Chelsea NYC to wrap our FILM ENTHUSIASM & LOVE around her client: the award‑winning actor and filmmaker Andre Royo who directed the upcoming feature Fragments of Joy. Executive produced by Samuel L. Jackson and Don Cheadle, the touching & poignant film reflects the challenges of caretaking for loved ones struggling with memory loss from dementia --- a resonating narrative for those of us 50-somethings (and what a "family reunion" treat to see so many members of my NYC TRIBE including getting to sit next to Casting Director GIANT Tracey Moore who introduced me to Andre years ago during his stint as a "star bartender" at The Shark Bar in The '90s before for he began to stack great role after great role i.e. his iconic turn as Bubbles in The Wire; his SXSW‑winning performance in Hunter Gatherer; his recent creative expansion starring in DC Studios’ Man of Tomorrow; etc. Andre - who wrote and directed this '... beautiful piece about a mother who tries to remember and a son who drinks to forget, bringing Cuban flavor to the screen...'” - plays the alcoholic son navigating the thin line between frustration and responsibility as he takes his Alzheimer's-afflicted mother on a weekend trip to New York City in hopes of jogging her memory.
Surrounded By Stories - co-founded by Tristan “Mack” Wilds and filmmaker Greg Cally - brings filmmakers, film lovers, actors, and industry creatives together for independent film screenings, networking, panels, conversations, and opportunities designed to support the next generation of storytellers. Returning for its second year this Labor Day Weekend, the 2026 showcase celebrated the richness and cultural impact of Black storytelling across film and television through world premiere screenings, acclaimed filmmakers, celebrated talent, and the announcement of the second class of The Michael K. Williams Creative Fellowship. #INSPIREDwithPatrickLRiley #LifeofRiley

Everyone is sharing the parties, events, and unforgettable moments from Martha’s Vineyard—and for good reason.

But between the celebrations, I believe there’s another story worth telling: the power of rest.

This sound bath, hosted with a friend, was an invitation to pause, reset, and create space for ourselves amid the excitement. As CEO of AbsoluteJOI, I often talk about self-care. This was a reminder to practice it, everywhere you go.

Joy isn’t only found in what we do. Sometimes it’s found in stillness.

She’s our EarthAngel. 🤍🌍✨

And if you know, you know… the music is only one piece of who Mali Wilson is.

For YEARS, she’s been quietly feeding people, opening doors, making calls, creating opportunities, mentoring, giving, and showing up for women and girls in ways the world may never fully see.

And now, she’s pouring the music right back into the mission. 🪽

Every penny of her music revenue goes toward EarthAngel Worldwide supporting our #EarthGirlATL camps and helping girls and women facing real-life emergencies with food insecurity, housing needs, mental health resources, nutrition, mentorship, and so much more.

But one of the greatest gifts she gives us is community. The incredible women she brings into our lives to teach us, mentor us, pour into us, and remind us of who we can become. 🌱

Some people make beautiful music.

Some people make the world more beautiful.

Our EarthAngel does both. 🪽🤍

We love you, Mali. Thank you for making sure that when you rise, you reach back and bring your girls with you.

You can’t pour into your business if you’re running on empty.

That’s why we made wellness part of the Manifest Magic Retreat.

Four days to rest, reset, reconnect with yourself, and get back to building the life you’ve been manifesting.

This is not another damn conference. It’s a luxury getaway for your soul and your success.

We are honored to welcome @sanchez_sanctuary back by way of @anthonyhamiltonofficial T.A.S.T.E Foundation.

Comment MAGIC and we’ll send you the application.

As entrepreneurs, we're constantly making decisions, solving problems, carrying responsibilities, and pouring into everyone else.

But when was the last time you poured into you?

I had such a powerful conversation with Michelle Sanchez of Sanchez Sanctuary about what she'll be bringing to this year's Manifest Magic Retreat, made possible by our incredible Title Sponsor, Anthony Hamilton's T.A.S.T.E. Foundation.

One of the most transformative experiences of the retreat will be our Sound Ceremony. An opportunity to slow down, regulate your nervous system, quiet the mental noise, and reconnect with yourself before returning to the work you're called to do.

Success isn't just about building the business.

It's about protecting the woman building it.

If you've been craving peace, clarity, community, and a chance to reset, this retreat was created with you in mind.

You don’t have to earn rest.

You deserve it.

As women, especially entrepreneurs, we’re so used to pouring into everyone else that we often forget to pour into ourselves. But the truth is, the woman behind the vision deserves to be cared for too.

That’s exactly why I created the Manifest Magic Retreat.

For four unforgettable days, you’ll step away from the noise and into an experience intentionally designed to nourish your mind, body, spirit, and business. From transformational workshops and meaningful conversations to five-star dining, luxury accommodations, wellness experiences, and moments like this incredible sound bath led by Michelle Sanchez (@ms.meche )of Sanchez Sanctuary (@sanchez_sanctuary ), every detail is designed to help you reset, realign, and remember who you are.

This beautiful experience is made possible through the generosity of our Title Sponsor, Anthony Hamilton’s (@anthonyhamiltonofficial ) T.A.S.T.E. Foundation, whose commitment to creating spaces for healing and growth allows us to pour into women in a truly meaningful way.

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do… is pause.

Because when you return to yourself, you return to your purpose with more clarity, confidence, and peace.

✨ If your soul has been asking for a reset, this is your sign.

Comment MAGIC below, and we’ll send you the application. 💜

There comes a point where another podcast, another book, or another Instagram post isn’t going to give you what you’re looking for.

Sometimes you need to leave your everyday environment.

Four days to think without distractions. Conversations that don’t have to end after an hour. Time with women who understand what it takes to build something while still trying to take care of yourself.

That’s what the Manifest Magic Retreat is about.

October 8-11, 2026, we’ll be together in Orlando for four days of strategy, rest, honest conversations, great food, and a little fun along the way.

If you’ve been telling yourself you’ll do something for you when life slows down, this is your reminder that life usually doesn’t slow down on its own.

We have a few spots remaining, and payment plans are still available.

This isn’t another damn conference.

It’s a chance to get away from the emails, the deadlines, the clients, the laundry, the meetings, and all the noise that’s been competing for your attention.

Sometimes the best thing you can do for your business is step away from it for a few days.

Manifest Magic is where entrepreneurs come to reset, reconnect, and remember why they started in the first place.

You don’t have to build your dream by yourself. Community matters.

Join us October 8-11, 2026, in Orlando.

We only have a few spots left. Send me a message 😉
