I first toured this home during the 2026 Parade of Homes, and I knew I had to come back to share it with you. It’s rare to find Japandi and wabi-sabi influences expressed with this much care, where exceptional craftsmanship brings art and function into balance.

The Sanctuary unfolds across nearly 5,000 square feet, with an interior atrium, warm organic textures, and radiant-heated concrete floors. A private sauna, thoughtfully appointed primary suite, and expansive terrace with an outdoor kitchen bring a sense of retreat to everyday living.

Would you live here? 🤔 The Sanctuary from the 2026 GRO Parade of Homes was built around one idea: a place to relax and recharge — complete with an open-air courtyard at its center.

8 homes were built and showcased this year and I am HERE for all the saunas and home gyms 😍

Water features, stupid huge closets, golf sims, putting greens and lots of beautiful textures and patterns. I love that bold is back and we are seeing more color and personality from builders. 🤌🏼

Are you going to check out the homes this year?
