📚✨ BOOK CAFÉ MOMENTS ✨📚

We were recently honored to be hosted by @agati_library at @kepler_collegerw for their Book Café under the Author Program.
The spotlight was on #LightintheDark by the incredible @sandra_nadege — a powerful memoir that takes us through her journey of healing, self-discovery, and resilience from age 9 to 16.

From poetry to purpose, Sandra's story reminded us of the importance of vulnerability, bravery, and telling our truths. 💬💛
We were deeply moved by the rich conversation with Kepler students and alumni — a community of thoughtful readers and change-makers.

Thank you @agati_library and @kepler_collegerw for curating such a meaningful space for literary voices to rise.
And to @sandra_nadege — thank you for your light. 💡📖

Day 5 of AWC 2024 was just amazing😍🎉🔥

Yesterday at @kigalilibrary, we gathered for the main event under the theme "The Role of African Children's Literature in Shaping the Youth." Our panelists delivered thought-provoking insights that sparked lively discussions and deep audience engagement. 🥳

The highlight of the day was the announcement of the winners of African Writers Awards 2024 and the inaugural Wanjohi Prize for African Poetry! 🎉

It was an unforgettable celebration of literature, filled with new friendships and lasting connections. 😍

A heartfelt thank you to our partners and sponsors for making it all possible.👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Mark your calendars—AWC 2025 takes us to Lesotho! See you there!😉
