AUTUMN EQUINOX 🍁A RITUAL FOR BALANCE

Today, day and night stand in balance.

The Autumn Equinox marks a seasonal turning point: in the Northern Hemisphere, autumn begins; in the Southern Hemisphere, spring.

A reminder:

Not everything is meant to be carried into the next season.

Note the invitation of the Equinox:
To release.
To receive.
To turn inward.
To trust the natural rhythm of becoming and letting go.

✨ A simple Equinox ritual ✨

You can do this ritual today, or in the days surrounding the Equinox - whenever you feel called to pause and honour the transition - the threshold of a new season is not measured by a single moment.

Find a quiet place, preferably in nature. Bring a candle, a small bowl, and paper.

Take a few slow breaths with longer exhales and inhales and ask yourself:

🍁 What am I ready to release?
🍁 What has this season since the last equinox taught me?
🍁 What do I want to nourish in the season ahead?

Write down what you are ready to let go of.

Tear the paper into small pieces and return them to the earth or burn them safely.

Light your candle.

Place your hands over your heart and say or whisper your own version of this:

I honour what has been.
I release what is complete.
I welcome the wisdom of this transition.
I carry only what is true into the next season.

Sit in silence for a moment, feeling the balance between light and dark within you. Of your masculine and feminine within. Your doing and being.

Happy Equinox ✨

HAPPY FULL MOON ✨
Be your boldest, most honest self. Speak your truth — who else is going to do it?

With a Full Moon in the fire sign of Sagittarius, opposite the Sun in Gemini, we are invited to be honest — to act and speak from our inner fire, and to embody our authenticity. With Uranus — the revolutionary planet — next to the Sun, insights may come quickly.

Today or tomorrow, ask yourself:

What is no longer true for me?
(Old beliefs, relationships, or actions)

What feels true right now?

How can I honor that moving forward?
(Define one small or big step you can take.

If you want to work more actively with this powerful Moon, please join the Full Moon ceremony — live online tonight at 20:00 CET. Link in bio or under Workshops at @ohlamoon.se ✨

The Full Moon is at its peak at 10:45 CET on Sunday, May 31, but the energy will still be active on Monday and partly Tuesday as well.

Enjoy your own expansion with this Moon. ✨
