FDC’s Ballet Intensive was a powerful week marked by tremendous growth, meaningful connection, and the presence of Jesus. 💫

We’re deeply thankful for the incredible faculty who invested in our dancers with excellence, passion, and heartfelt love. Your leadership and mentorship have made a lasting impact.

To our dancers: you showed up with open hearts, resilient spirits, and unwavering dedication. We couldn’t be more proud. 💪💖 Continue to let His light shine through your movement and your mindset.

More Summer training opportunities launch tomorrow—don’t miss out! Spots will go fast, so stay tuned!

Tonight feels surreal! I feel so overwhelmingly blessed to be surrounded by so much love. Special thanks for my amazing Professora Andrezza @andrezzafacanhabjj for leaving her own academy to come be here with me tonight to promote me. My first besty training partner Alex who I owe my love of triangles to @riverrockdaddy to coming all the way from Tennessee to be here with us! My OG squad @franklinthemonkeyking @ethonggggg @thedrillmma for always being by my side in all our crazy side quests and adventures together. To my beautiful sidekick and best friend, my daughter who I promoted to blue belt tonight 🩵 @cocobovett I feel so fortunate to have this incredible and growing Women’s team! We are taking over! I thank God everyday for continuing to grow this beautiful dream of mine. Congratulations to all our students that were promoted tonight and to all the friends and families that came to support and be part of these special moments. But of course to my husband @heltonsilvabjj @heltonluta you are my other half. We are one Amor and we are an unstoppable force together. Te amo muito. I can’t wait for what’s to come. This is only the beginning. 🤍
