@sangwuine progress! They have been training with me for quite awhile now and came to me with super tight shoulders and barely any upper back. Through consistent work, their curl is looking like a perfect C and they are able to utilize their hips adequately in everything, including handstands and bridges! Good job, Scary, and i am excited for you to get more progress, I mean, use the progress to do the skills you can do but your mind is in the way. ๐Ÿ˜†

I have another trapeze challenge for you ๐Ÿ‘€ I've been trying to hold this inverted pencil while spinning fast and staying perfectly centered, but I keep running into the same problem: I can hold it for 2โ€“3 seconds, and then I get pulled away from the center. This challenge was inspired by a one-arm spin on straps that I kept seeing online. I've experimented with spinning both directions, changing which leg is in front, adjusting hand placement, and playing with head position, but I still haven't quite cracked it. To be honest, I'm not 100% satisfied with the way it looks considering how ridiculously difficult this spin is ๐Ÿ˜…. But it was a fun problem to explore. The funny part? I had one of my students, @lyli_lykos , try it on hoop during an online lesson and she got it almost immediately. Apparently switching to a more rigid apparatus provides all the stability this shape really needs. Now I'm curious... Can anyone do this spin and stay centered for longer? I have a trapeze problem and I'm curious whether anyone can solve it. I've been trying to achieve this hands-free standing position while spinning fast and staying in the center but I keep running into the same issue: I can hold it for 2-3 swconds then I can't maintain the tension or my feet get swept away and the orbit sets in. I've experimented with a few different approaches and haven't found a solution yet. So I'm opening this one up to the trapeze community. If you think you can do it, give it a try and tag me. If you've figured out something similar before, I'd love to hear your ideas! I'm really picky about my spins and trapeze makes it extremely hard as soon as the ropes are involved since they offer not stability.
