POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

It's Canadian Thanksgiving, and I'm thankful for people who are down to stand around and look cool. These are just a few favourite pulls from recent(ish) press shoots.

Power Trip headlined the first night of Infest, and needed some photos done while in town. We walked over to a parkade near the Ice District to do their session, keeping it simple and gritty. With a mix of open-cityscape and dark-parkade scenes to work with, I thought the grim vibe of this particular level of the parkade, paired with the parkades shitty lighting made the guys look tough as hell.

I've been wanting to shoot with Killwitch for a long time, so when they asked to plan a shoot and told me their vision, I knew that Edmonton's iconic high level bridge was the right spot to make it thrashy and bring it to life. They also dropped a new EP over the weekend, and it slaps.

Santorum may be new in the local community, but they're taking it by storm. After seeing them play a few times, I presented a pretty gross shoot idea to them, and they agreed to it. Although the original idea didnt quite pan out, we were able to get creative with our surroundings. Trudging into shin-deep mud, mixed with questionable farm animal fluids, the guys were troopers throughout this shoot and didn't shy away from getting into the literal and figurative shit with me.

Tymo and I are long-time friends, so when they called me up to shoot photos for their upcoming release, I happily obliged. We took a walk up-town in Leduc, found this rough looking underpass, jumped a fence and got to work. The guys look cool no matter what setting they're in, and this spot really made them shine.

Mephedrone (the band, duh.) is just all around fun. With no shortage of laughs, we took a walk through downtown to find a spot that was generic on the surface, but something that I could put my creative spin on that showed the guys in their best light.

I'm really proud of these handful of shots, and working with so many cool individuals is such a privilege. I'm so appreciative of everyone who reaches out to work together on their photos. Thanks for the trust! 🫶

Huge shoutout to the fine folks over at @quantumindustriesinc for getting this tank proof flight case to me. I finally have the perfect tour case to house my unconventionally shaped guitars. This baby will be sportin' my two OG Jackson @david.davidson Warriors as Santorum continues to lay waste across the world 🤘
