PART I — BEFORE THE WARRIOR

You do not need to arrive strong.
You need to arrive willing.

You may have spent years inactive. Limited strength. Limited mobility. Feeling like you have a body that needs rebuilding. And maybe even a quiet realization that:

Something has to change.

Maybe you want to move better, become stronger, and learn to protect yourself. Show your children what it looks like to choose growth.

You do not need to begin with confidence. You can begin with just a decision. And that is the lesson. You do not have to “get in shape” before you train. You train so strength, skill, awareness, and confidence can be built.

Kohai Maria’s story is not here for you to admire. It is here to show you what can happen when someone who started unsure, untrained, and willing decides to begin.

So ask yourself:
What are you still waiting to fix before giving yourself permission to begin?

Part I of first year of transformation.
Stick around for more.

Comment “TRANSFORMATION” if you are ready to stop waiting and start building.

One year of training can reveal a version of you that you have never met.

Not because time passed. Because you kept showing up. You were open to correction. You pushed through your walls. You learned to not let obstacles deter you from your purpose. You became more aware of your body, your mind, and how you respond when things become difficult.

Kohai’ Maria began exactly where many Warriors begin: Unsure. Untrained. Yet Willing.

Her story is not the destination. It is the mirror. It is Proof that you do not have to arrive ready. But you do have to be willing to begin.

Now ask yourself:
What could one disciplined year uncover in you?

Over the next eight parts, you will hear her tell that story in her own words. One question. One lesson. One year of transformation.

What are you waiting for ? Your transformation does not begin when you feel ready. It begins when you decide to start.

Comment “TRANSFORMATION” if you are ready to take your first step into Sanuces: System of Survival.

You do not need a martial arts background to begin.

Some of you were never taught stability, breath, or self-protection. And yet, you have been fighting battles your whole life.

This is why YOU matter.

Sanuces is not about becoming someone else. It is about training the strength, discipline, awareness, and courage already inside you.

A little girl is not too young to build discipline. A woman is not too late to build strength. A mother who trains changes what her children believe is possible. This is how generations change. One girl. One woman. One Warrior mother at a time.

The question is not whether you are strong enough to begin. You already possess the strength. Therefore, the question should be:

Who could you become if you finally trained the Warrior within?

DM “WARRIOR” and take the first step.

Fear Doesn’t Always Shout

Sometimes you feel it before you understand it.

Your jaw stays tight. Your neck feels guarded. Your shoulders never fully settle. You may call it stress, stiffness, or just a long day but your body is telling you something.

At the base of your skull is GB-20 — Fengchi, “Wind Pool.” In Traditional Chinese Medicine, it belongs to the Gallbladder channel and is associated with the Wood Element: movement, direction and adaptability.

Anatomically, this region helps control and stabilize your head and upper neck. When the surrounding tissues remain tense, movement can become restricted and that guarded feeling can linger.

Before you learn where the human body is vulnerable, you learn how it works. How it moves. How it responds to pressure. How tension changes it. How it recovers.

Because becoming capable of protecting life requires more than knowing how to hurt someone.

You must understand the body well enough to preserve it when you can and protect life when you must.

That is Sanuces: Science of Survival.

GB-20 is only one point, but through it you begin seeing the body differently: anatomy, movement, healing and martial application connected through study.

Fengchi — Wind Pool.
Healing & Destruction.

Your Scholar Path has begun.

“Surely in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find comfort.”
— Qur’an 13:28

Survival by Simplicity.
Study the body. Master the self. Protect life.

Two generations. One system.

Our Lion Cub training beside his Warrior Mom is more than just a beautiful moment. This is how discipline becomes a culture defined.

When your child sees you practice, struggle, correct, and continue, they learn something words alone cannot teach:

Growth is something we do.

And when you train beside them, you are not simply building technique. You are building shared confidence, shared language, and a family that understands how to stay calm, think clearly, and keep moving under pressure.

That is a deeper purpose of Sanuces: System of Survival.
Not just teaching one Warrior how to defend themselves.
It’s building families who become stronger together.

“And cooperate in righteousness and piety.” — Qur’an 5:2
