Just like that…I’m back to loving life again! 💚 Blessed to join my friend, Sarabeth, at her new gym @tendgym at the Marigold building in Sharon Center! LOVED reconnecting with her and working out at a WOMEN’S ONLY gym! Felt welcomed AND excited to not only challenge myself physically, but work on my mind, body, and soul! I was reminded that everything is Figureoutable…AND to ENJOY life! 🤗🛐🙏🏻💪🏻

Best cool down EVER…met up with one of my other all-time favorite personal trainers, @kellybailey1547, for some sun, girl, and SUP therapy!

THIS was Day 2 out of a 10 Day Metabolism Reset that I am participating in.

I couldn’t ask for a better group of ladies…and focused energy and intention to get back to consistently working out, dialing in nutrition, and working on ALL aspects of a healthy lifestyle!!

I’ve allowed myself to get derailed with my fitness, because of travel over the last 2 1/2 years…but it’s time to kick butt once again.

Would love to connect YOU with these rock star ladies, and also have you JOIN me on the 10 Day Metabolism Reset! 10 Days can change EVERYTHING! Join me! This is getting GOOD! 🤗

The weather was perfection this past weekend!

We ventured to Mugrage Park in Medina, OH. There’s a nice stretch of paved path around the pond and through the trees. There is also a storybook to read along the path through the trees (thank you @medinalibrary).

Additionally you’ll find a nature path, playground and dog park.

Get out and enjoy a local park!

Join us on Saturdays at 8:30am for a social ruck. Check out our monthly posts for details.

At TEND we talk a lot about finding out.

Practicing curiosity and leaning into finding out what we are capable of doing.

Failure is an invitation to find out. Failure is feedback - we find something out and then get to use it forward.

Farmer Carry to failure was a HUGE hit this week. We all failed, we all found something out.

Practice curiosity, practice risk, practice failure.

Come join us and find something out about yourself. As we move and connect there is an invitation to explore and express.

Link to free trial classes in our bio. See you at the gym!

A Rucking Good Time favorite: Schleman Nature Preserve / Buckeye Woods.

This trail never disappoints! And the pine tree lane as you arrive and get back to the parking lot is simply the best.

Join us at 8:30am on Saturdays for a social ruck. Check out our July Rucks post for more details.

Lake Medina is a great ruck in the almost summer, morning temps. Lots of sunshine, calm lake waters, a little breeze. A great way to kick off our June Rucks.

Sieberling Nature Realm was a treat. The best part was meeting our new squirrel friend, Kyle. Isn’t he just the sweetest!? May we take some advice from him and spend some time lounging in the sun ☀️

Join us for social rucks each Saturday at 8:30am. New friends, trails, sunshine, fresh air, and conversation.
