A little photo dump of the queen (@essentially_c ) and myself from convention this week!

This year was my 6th convention. 2019 I wasn’t able to go in person because of sepsis and 2020 the world was shut down so I had to attend virtually the past 2 years. Nothing was stopping me from going in person this year (not even my limp the first day 😉- I told my husband I would sit in a damn wheelchair before I missed convention 🤣). I am so happy that I went and got to spend time with one of my closest friends and also get to see friends who I haven’t seen in years. Human connection is so important for well-being. I had such an amazing time reconnecting with my team and hearing from doctors and scientists all week. I truly love this company and what they stand for and how many people collectively we help each day.

My cup is full ❤️

I've been having serious conversations with Jordan about our goals- big & small, short term & long term. Then we go over how and when we are going to crush these goals.
In order to accomplish these things, I personally have to get passed my fears. Fears of being turned down, failure, people's judgement, making myself look stupid, etc.
So this year, I am going to fight those fears and obtain my goals. I will not let anxiety dictate my life. It is time I pursue my dreams to the best of my ability 💪👊💢💫💞 Who's with me?!

This year has been full of ups and downs, fear facing, LOTS of learning, and new adventures. At the end of the day I just want to honestly make myself proud. I believe that should be enough before focusing on making everyone else proud. It's a beautiful journey.. if I continuously worry how everyone else views me I don't imagine I'll get very far. All I ever ask for is a little support & love 💭💞🙌🌍

I have recently been struggling with motivation but I'VE GOT THIS!
And when I feel like I've got it, I do my best to make sure those around me know that they do too. You're an average of the five people you are around the most right?! 💘
