We celebrated Caitlin and Matt in Charlotte, pit stopped in Tallahassee where Lily got to play and eat snacks with @sarahreyne13 and spent a couple days with the Brouker’s before their next adventure!

If you ask anyone in my circle, they will tell you - my favorite part of what I do - investing in the next generation. The Early Career space is my jam!

Last night I had the privilege to represent @capitalcitybank at the @fsucareercenter Student-Athlete Career Fair.

It was an extra special night this year, because I had something up my sleeve…My surprise special guest New York @mets RHP @_josephcharles! It was a full-circle moment for us as this was the event we met for the first time.

I proudly stood beside our former intern, as he spoke to the athletes about walking in their shoes two years ago.
He shared great insights on building relationships and keeping an open mind in the process.

Such a memorable evening.

⭐️ FSU Student Athlete Development showed again how much they care for their athletes.

As I finish my college volleyball career, I feel nothing but gratitude.
I am so thankful for everyone who helped me grow along the way.

To my coaches, thank you for believing in me and guiding me.
To my teammates, thank you for the memories, the support, and the time we shared together.
And to my family, thank you for standing by me no matter how far away I was.

This experience shaped who I am, and I will carry it with me wherever I go.

⭐️Spotlighting the FSU SAAC Meeting October 2025⭐️ This annual SAAC tradition started off with dinner, then moved into remarks from AD Alford, updates on our athletics, conversation regarding areas of improvement, community service opportunities, and then had a pumpkin competition with the best for creativity, scariness, and overall craftsmanship to be rewarded with epic Seminole Gear! Thank you @fsu_sadv @fsu_saac
