🔥 WHO’S READY FOR SOME FLY PNC 10 MILER GEAR?! 🔥❤️🖤

The countdown is ON! 🙌🏾 The PNC Atlanta 10 Miler & 5K Expo and Bib Pickup kick off TOMORROW! 🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏽‍♂️

I had so much fun being part of the photoshoot showcasing this year’s gear, and trust me… the looks are 🔥🔥🔥! adidas understood the assignment!

📍 Here’s your race weekend checklist:

✅ Pick up your race bib 🎽
✅ Stop by the Atlanta Track Club membership desk on FRIDAY and say HEY! 👋🏾 I’ll be volunteering, and I’d love to see you!
✅ Dazzle up your bib with @adidas @runnersatlanta ✨
✅ Don’t leave without checking out this FLY race gear! 🛍️🔥

Come for the bib, stay for the gear, and let’s get ready to hit the streets of Atlanta! 🏙️🏃🏾‍♀️

Who am I seeing at the expo?! Drop a ❤️ in the comments if you’re ready to RUN!

26.2 miles through Chicago is a day I won’t forget. As the temp heated up my goal time went out the window but I just kept moving. Chicago brought crazy energy and positive vibes from the start to the finish and it made a huge difference.

I somehow missed out on winning the @chimarathon by well over an hour, but I still ran my 2nd fastest marathon…chip time 3:54:58! I left Chicago feeling blessed that I’m able to run, proud of how I performed, and excited for the next marathon! And a cold 312 from @gooseisland at the finish line tasted so good!

We might be in Chicago, but ATL is EVERYWHERE!⚡️

So many familiar faces at the @abbottglobal Chicago 5K this morning. This is what I love about the running community. No matter where you go, you find your people! 🙌🏾

Chi-Town, thanks for letting the ATL crew take over for a little bit! 😂

Coach Bennett is the @nikerunning app Coach whose voice has motivated hundreds of thousands of people to lace up, fall in love with running and be great 🫶🏾⁣
Through countless guided runs, he’s taught me one of the most important lessons of all: how to be my own best coach and cheerleader 🤗 ⁣
⁣
A few gems he dropped today:⁣
⁣
“The reason you run isn’t because it’s easy. You run because it’s challenging—and there’s nothing more rewarding than rising to that challenge.”⁣
⁣
“Let running break your heart—and watch it make your heart even bigger.” ❤️🏃🏾‍♀️⁣
⁣
“And we are here to play ‘running’ so have some fun”🤩 One of my favorite running mantras is to “May you run happy. May you run healthy” and nothing beats running with friends 🫶🏾. ⁣
⁣
📖 THIS IS ABOUT RUNNING, This is not about running. (See what he did there👌🏾)⁣
⁣
Thanks @weststride for hosting the perfect booky and running event⁣
⁣
And Coach Bennett - see you at Mile 22 of the Chicago Marathon—right-hand side of the road! 💪🏾 because I will sure need the encouragement for those last 4 miles. ⁣

Come ride with Ms. Shirley and me. 🚴🏾‍♂️💨

We hit the BeltLine, ran into some of my favorite runners putting in work 🏃🏾‍♂️😂, shared a few laughs, then kept it moving back to Shirley Franklin Park.

28.83 miles later… Ms. Shirley officially ATL certified. 😂🚴🏾‍♂️🍑
