One last reel to depict our joy and enthusiasm to celebrate black women on this island. CURLFEST was definitely a summer highlight. I hate how few and far between black festivals in NY occur now so I have to savor each one. Shout-out to the @curlygirlcollective for pulling off this event yet again for the people. ✊🏿

Love Is what I saw with my brother, TJ, declaring his love for my sister, Nyaa. I am so honored to have been apart of your union. Everything and everyone was beautiful. A time was had and if you know TJ just know he had a ball 😂. Mexico, you owe me nothing 🤍

Max Out Day deadlifts session was a hell of a time. Gym was a live and the boys were rowdy! Looking forward to the next one

Ray Martinez and I secured our spot in Breezeways new 1000lb club record board 💪

This year, I've exercised creative control over my life in a way that I'm very proud of. Set backs and the politics that made life difficult aside, I was able to direct, cast, and edit my year quite purposely and efficiently to a degree that 2025 miraculously became a highlight.

I moved with intention for just about everything, especially when it came to snapping pics. Jumping around a few states that I felt had my type of vibe, I volunteered for events to put direction behind my recaps while creating bonds along the way. I'm very thankful for all the characters that played a role in this cinematic experience. The forever goal is to be a true auteur of my own life, shaping my universe as I see fit.

Second show @npcnatural_cityoflights of the year is now in the books. It was a pleasure sharing the stage with such a dedicated and hardworking group of athletes from New Jersey, LA, Utah, Tennessee, Alaska, and Vegas.

To Open Class E competitor @a13hedenberg your first time competing, and you stepped on stage more than six times. So impressive! Congrats!

To all the height class winners @thbodygod @sean.collinss @kylefolk it was an honor to compete with you for the title, even if just briefly. And to the overall winner @thbodygod you brought an absolutely insane package to the stage. A well-deserved win! Thanks again for being so humble and for sharing your back workout tips with me!

To all the other talented and hardworking competitors, thank you for the motivation, good vibes, and great conversations as we prepped together behind the scenes👊🏻

Big thanks to @martinispraytan for taking care of us backstage, and to @ifbbproaustin_k @the_fran_chise , all the judges, and the entire staff for creating a platform for us to showcase our hard work.

@the_fran_chise as we talked about, we are all part of the show. Thanks for continuing to promote natural bodybuilding. Let there be Natural City of Lights 🏆🌃
