San Diego Women: Invitation for you below🌹

The shape of the Feminine is not linear, she moves in waves, circles and spirals, just like her emotions.

The texture of the Feminine is not always soft and smooth. She can be raw, sharp and fierce.

The sound of the Feminine is not quiet and polite. She sighs, moans, laughs and roars from deep in her belly.

The rhythm of the Feminine is not rushed or productive. She follows the pulse of her breath, her cycles and the moon.

The weight of the Feminine is not meant to be sucked in and held up. She softens her belly, drops into her pelvis and lets the earth hold her.

The temperature of the Feminine is not cool and composed. She runs hot with desire and rage, and melts into warmth when she feels safe

Encinitas + San Diego area, we can’t wait to DROP IN with you next month. 😻🐍⚡️

The Shake Rising Facilitator Training is coming to Encinitas for TWO immersive weekends:
⚡️ October 21–25
⚡️ November 5–9

Yes, you’re going to learn how to facilitate Shake Rising.
You’ll learn the methodology underneath this transformational movement practice: the affirmations & neuroscience, somatics & nervous system work, movement + music structure, energy work, and the actual art of leading a room through lasting transformation.

But you’re also going to EXPERIENCE it.
You’ll move. Shake. Practice using your voice. Facilitate each other. Get feedback. Try things on. Probably surprise yourself. And have a ridiculous amount of fun doing it. 😈
Because healing gets to be FUN.

By the end of our two weekends together, you’ll leave with the skills + certification to bring Shake Rising into your own community—and a much deeper relationship with the practice yourself.

We are SO ready for regular Shake Rising classes to be happening in San Diego + Encinitas. 🥹🐍

Early Bird pricing ends October 1.
If you’ve been feeling the pull, now is the time.

The in-person Shake Rising Facilitator Training in Encinitas, California is officially OPEN! 🐍⚡️

If you’re here, you probably already know that the transformational movement practice, Shake Rising, changes lives.

What you might not know is how much is actually happening underneath the practice.

There is a whole methodology behind the energy work, the affirmations & the shaking.

And in this training, we get INTO IT.

The structure of the movement + music. The neuroscience. The somatics. The subconscious mind. The nervous system. AND how all of these pieces come together to create the experience you know as Shake Rising.

Over two immersive weekends, you’ll learn the methodology, experience it in your own body, practice actually facilitating it, get real-time feedback, and learn how to bring Shake Rising into your own community.

If something in you just went 👀 or 🔥 or wait…me? - details are at the link in our bio.

PS. Sooooo many women come into this training thinking, “I don’t know if I could actually facilitate this.”

Maybe you don’t feel loud enough. Sensual enough. Experienced enough. Maybe using your voice or being vulnerable scares the shit out of you. Maybe you watch me or another facilitator and think, I’m nothing like her.

PERFECT.

The goal isn’t to turn you into a certain kind of facilitator.

The goal is authentic expression. Liberation. Creating spaces where women get to be FREE.

We teach you the method.
You learn how to lead it as more of YOU.

Join the revolution. Link 🔗 in bio.

For the woman who has done years of personal growth work.

You’ve learned how to get grounded, worked on self worth issues and moved through heartbreak.

You’re adept at speaking your Truth, honing your intuition and staying connected to something bigger than yourself.

But for some reason, the rebalancing of your sacral chakra (sexual/creative energy center) hasn’t quite been touched in a way that’s palpable for you.

Emotionally this feels like:
🔥Emotional numbness or difficulty accessing feelings (or the opposite extreme & being overwhelmed/swept up by emotion)
🔥Guilt or shame around pleasure, desire, or sexuality
🔥Creative blocks: feeling stuck, uninspired, “dried up”
🔥Poor boundaries: codependency, over-giving, difficulty saying no
🔥Fear of change or resistance to intimacy/vulnerability

Physically this looks like:

🌹Chronic pelvic floor tension or dysfunction
🌹Low back and hip tightness or pain
🌹Menstrual/reproductive irregularities
🌹Low libido or disconnection from bodily sensation
🌹Digestive sluggishness in the lower abdomen

You can’t think, journal, or affirm your way into a healthy sacral chakra. This is body work — pleasure work, movement work, nervous system work. It lives below the neck.

Your sacral center doesn’t need more analyzing. It needs to be felt again.

This is the missing piece. 🌀

S Factor Foundation Series starts 8/31!
8 classes
8 women only
An erotic, somatic & therapeutic container🦋
Encinitas, CA

Comment “S” below and I’ll send you the details on how we rebuild this together.

How’s this beach sign placement? 🚩🪧

Think everyone will read them? 🤔

I kinda feel like you have to if your going this way. Especially with a cutie right in front. 😍

I get it, many go down the cliffs (myself included) to get to the beach. So this won’t specifically hit those folks but it will get most coming from the parking lot. Mahalo to our Makapu’u Lifeguards for excellent placement and loving the added caution tape! 💛❤️

I know not everyone reads, listens or obeys beach signs but in my opinion, if it can save ONE life or prevent ONE emergency, then it’s worth it! 🙌🏽

As a reminder Water Safety Hawai’i account is a nonprofit educational, awareness, beach and water risk reduction page. Everyone has their own views, opinions and levels of experience and risk that they are willing take in and around water.

A strong current sign may mean nothing to an experienced waterman but can be life threatening to someone inexperienced in Hawaiian waters.

Just here to spread awareness around beaches, pools and any body of water in order to keep our community safe! 🩵🤍
