The vibes are strong on this one.

This birthday gift is 🐐. Literally a crate of beverages from everyone, that's how I know y'all know me. Except the chocolate milk, or maybe that was on purpose. I'll still drink it even tho I'm lactose 🚽.

Thank you 🥹

It was a nightmare come true to bring our first full scale production to @thedancecentrebc stage this spring, inviting audiences to follow our little Lamb through a restless night of dark dreams and inner demons. 🛌🖤

Lying awake at night wishing you’d experienced the madness? Or dying to relive it? You’re in luck, because Parasomnia on Film will be available to stream this October! More details coming soon…

We have the deepest gratitude for the powerhouse performers that brought this disquieting dance nightmare to life and to every crew member, volunteer and supporter that helped make it happen! You can find the full digital program on our website under past shows to explore the cast and credits.

Working on Parasomnia was one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done. Building a full length show from start to finish and telling a story through movement was a new and exciting challenge.

Viscera is a space where I get to create from how movement feels, not necessarily how it looks. Those deep and dark feelings that come bubbling up within me definitely fuel my artistry when I dance. That intensity needed a place to be seen and celebrated, and I desired giving that space to other artists who feel the same. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to share that freedom with performers who also want to explore that part of themselves.

We aren’t all wired the same. The imperfect parts of the human experience deserve to be witnessed too.

In our upcoming Dance Camp, I’m looking forward to breaking down and sharing what’s so different and interesting about horror as a genre and why I’m so passionate about dancing from your gut.

Xx Nikki

👟 Footwork drills with the CREW.

Bringing our Crew back this season has been god tier. Unlike the rest of our Signature Progressives, our Crew trains 2hrs per week in a wide variety of styles. Throughout the four month program, our crew dancers will work with different guest teachers to sharpen their skills and expand their vocabulary.

🚨 If you are looking to get some footwork in, we've launched a new drop-in class OPEN LEVEL ESSENTIALS: FOOTWORK every Sunday 1-2 pm. @chris.wow is able to cater to beginners and advanced dancers alike by providing adjusted variations for all experience levels. He's a freakin 🧙‍♂️
