Thank you for keeping me lifted in a time I wanted to give up๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ It was a rush of low vibrations with the sudden passing of my father, yet during reflection I found solice in knowing that he no longer had to suffer from that silent killer of PTSD. I have always been an advocate for mental health but it definitely hit different when you lose someone to that battle. I know death is inevitable, but in healing Iโ€™ve learned that feeling your feelings is a vital part of obtaining closure and moving forward. Im thankful for life itself and very hopeful for what this 32nd year of life will bring.
