POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

A big focus of mine in these last few months has been to meet more people IRL.

And genuinely 10+ people this month have said “oh you’re waaaaay taller than I expected”.

But i love hearing that.

I want you to feel like you know me. That’s a very strategic move from my side (not to reveal too many secrets 🤫)

If you feel like you know me, you’re more likely to trust me.

If you trust me, you’re more likely to join my membership.

See how this all works 👀

Anyway I’m about 6’1 hope that clears things up 🤣

Wollongong is the kind of place you don't need to rush through...

Start with a swim, take the scenic route, linger over lunch, make a little time for retail therapy, then slow things down with a sauna or dinner at your own pace.

There's the coast. The escarpment. Good food. A little adventure. And plenty of reasons to stay another night 😉

Don't forget to head to the link in bio to enter to win a spring escape in Wollongong worth over $1,400 ✨

Your morning has a mood, even if you haven't clocked it yet...

Maybe it's movement first thing, or the kind of cold that wakes you up faster than coffee ever could. Maybe it's heat and stillness after a big week, or a trail that gives your thoughts somewhere to go.

Or maybe today just wants you still, watching the sun come up over the water with nowhere else to be.

What mood is calling you? ✨

My peak week: 73km, 2 lower, 1 upper, recovery & lots of extra fuelling ❤️‍🔥

This third marathon training block has looked, meant and felt very different to my first two. Coming back from a major setback/injury; I’ve had to learn patience, slow down, and be extra kind to my body along the way. What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger is 100% right divaaaa

I’m so bloody grateful to be back in a position where I can finally get back on a start line!!!! I’ll never take that (or simply being able to walk😂🫠) for granted again

Two weeks out from @sydney_marathon

Taper timeeeeeee

I absolutely love wedding planning, but it’s so easy to get swept up in it all.

With the biggest day of my life (to date) getting closer, I’m trying to be intentional about slowing down, taking time to reflect and really soak in this magical season of life. 🤍

My maid of honour and I are always on the go and contrast therapy is one of our favourite ways to slow down.

It’s our chance to switch off, reconnect, debrief and leave feeling completely reset.

Our toxic trait? We’re both first-born daughters (if you know, you know… Slowing down definitely doesn’t come naturally 😅)

Whether you’ve got a wedding, a big event or simply a busy season ahead, it’s always a great investment to take some time for yourself. I couldn’t recommend @saun_aus more.

Your skin will be glowing, your endorphins will be thriving, and you’ll walk away feeling like the best version of yourself. 🔥🧊

Ladies! I’m hosting an informal night on Tuesday 14th July from 6-8:30pm to chat all things hormones & staying sane in perimenopause. Please join me and beautiful Rhylka from @saun_aus for a 🔥sauna /❄️ice bath (optional!) and some yummy food. It’s an informal event - send me any info you want me to cover. I’ll dicuss whatever you’d like to know including common symptoms of perimenopause, the importance of lifestyle to optimise metabolism and your autonomic nervous system and my take on natural hormones / HRT for symptom management and long term health prevention/longevity. I couldn’t work out how to add the link to purchase a ticket (one brain cell left this week) but I did manage to do this on my stories! Or just DM the clinic and I’ll send the link to you. 🤗🤗🤗#perimenopause #menopause #thriveskinclinic #wollongong womenshealth
