We hate to do this. But there are just a few things slipping in the etiquette department. Usually we are pro encouraging good etiquette.

Now we are straight up calling out the bad.

1. Showering properly before the sauna is imperative. Quick rinse in the wet room shower does NOT equate to a pre sauna shower. Please use body wash in the bathrooms. And yes all the way to the feet. If you plan on dunking your head you should be washing your hair too.

2. Using your sauna towel / sweat towel anywhere but in the sauna is not ok. We ask you to bring 2 towels, 1 to shower / dry off after ice bath. The other is to wrap around yourself to sit in the shared spaces. Sauna towel can stay on the hook with your other towel or around your neck/ shoulders.

3. Wringing out your sweat in the sauna OR wet room. If it’s getting that wet it just means you are not correctly drying after ice bath. Please use one of your towels to dry excess water after ice bath then your sweat towel won’t be that wet

4. Any kind of throat or nose clear anywhere in any shared space is just a no. We have 4 bathrooms. Please go in, shut the door and do these things in private. Cannot tell you how many complaints we get about this.

It’s mid October already! And that means ideas for Christmas parties 🥳!

For a private party you and your group, team, posse will have access to our entire facility including the big ass Sauna, freezing ice baths, infrared sauna, massage chairs and recovery lounge with 4 bathrooms and plenty of space to relax. All access without interruption. We can cater to up to 25people (more if you are close 😉). Add catering & drinks packages.
We can even add therapies such Massage, Breathwork & Sound Healing.

Hey 👋 We are supporting our fave local Charity Talk 2 Me Bro at their annual gala event.

We have a spare seat at our Saunaus table and would love to bring one of you local legends with us.

Talk 2 Me Bro is a local charity that supports amazing men, women and children in the community bringing awareness to talking about mental health. Sharing the load and finding coping strategies as well as broadening the community.

All places must be booked & pre-paid via Mindbody/ Phone or in person & only 20 places are available. Casual ticket prices / membership and Bundle passes are accepted for this event. Sorry no sale bundles, walk ins or class pass accepted for this event.

5:50-6pm - Arrival, all guests must arrive pre showered.
6-7pm - Sauna & Ice session

Matt with all of layout, construction and technical design.

Rhylka with her products, mild plant obsessions and moods between rooms.

The whole place was intentional. A safe, inclusive, community space for individual, couples and groups to enjoy, relax and recover.

You can experience authentic Aufguss here Saturday 25th September 5pm & 6pm.

What is Aufguss???
A guided sauna ritual where an Aufguss master pours water and essential oils over hot stones, then uses rhythmic towel movements to circulate waves of heat and aroma through the sauna.

All you need to do is show up.
