free online class!!

as some of you may know, i’m building an online library that i’m excited to share with you come december! i know some of you have moved away or are traveling a lot, so i wanted to offer an on-the-go version where you can keep up with your practice :’)

SO, here’s a freebie in the meantime: join my patreon for free (link in bio, just a name and email) and you’ll get access to this class. there i’ll post a plethora of things: full classes, shorties, some nerdy stuff, regular playlists & info on upcoming workshops, retreats & trainings.

class bundles & monthly subscription coming soon, and the occasional free viddy ;) looking forward to having you, and please send me any questions, comments or requests, here or there! <3

@giri.berlino x IN ARMOR
27/08/26 - RSVP only!
6pm

LINEUP:

@in__armor
The Berlin band forges a genre-fluid language that shifts between classical music, dark jazz, experimental club music and synth-pop. The 27th of August will mark the band’s debut release ‘Before We Die’.

@baby_vulture
Daniela Huerta’s practice spans performance, spatial sound, and site-responsive installations. Her work creates sonic landscapes where mythology, memory, and altered states of consciousness converge

@nevademure
She sings like she’s trying to taste a memory. She performs like she’s trying to escape her body. She writes like she’s explaining heartbreak to God.

@saura_elise
Will close the evening with a feverish and electric set: expect the unexpected and bring your dancing shoes.

Dear all - Next month I’m cohosting an upcoming event alongside @herbody.hermind @svera.studio 🩵

This event is a personal one for me as it is for those who have been touched by cancer.

When I was 19, I was diagnosed with melanoma. This was a shock at that age and shifted my life quite a bit. During & afterwards I lived in a bit of fear, and didn’t feel like I had a place to express this grief comfortably, without burdening others around me. Only until a few years later when I began my yoga practice, I was able to connect back into my body and not feel it was trying to harm me. From there things started to shift tremendously for me and it is ultimately what lead me to continue into training to become a yoga teacher myself.

Sometimes I can forget where the root of it began, so I’m very grateful to have met Farnaz & to collaborate on this event together.

If you or someone you know has had an encounter with cancer or has been close to someone who has, we would love for you to join this upcoming event at SVERA.

It will be a space to connect with others - tea - meditation - gong - shared conversation

Looking forward 🫶🏻
