POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

—There is no guarantee that those who set foot on that island will ever return alive.

In a remote corner of the shinobi world lies a solitary island, unmarked on any map.

To uncover the truth behind a series of mysterious disappearances, a team of shinobi from the Hidden Leaf Village sets out on a mission.

The Byakugan that sees through all.
An arrow that pierces the darkness.
A deadly poison that eats away at life.

And one boy who laments being nothing special.

What awaits them is a forbidden secret that defies the very laws of the shinobi world.

Little do they know the fate that lies ahead—

Live Spectacle NARUTO: Tales of the Phantom Island

—Four unwavering wills challenge a long-buried truth.

COMING SOON…

⸻

Following yesterday’s post, I decided to create some 2.5D stage-play-style images of Team Nine! 🎭

Shinobu Kusakage, Yachie Shiraha, Venom Dokudami, and their jonin instructor, Shiki Hyuga.

I put a lot of thought into their costumes and poses to bring out their unique personalities and fighting styles. 💪

And guess what… The stage-style images on slides 6–7 were created and gifted to me by my friend Sayo🥹💕 The troublesome trio arguing, Hakka dreading a scolding from Orochimaru… I can practically hear their voices just by looking at these scenes!

I was so happy that I ended up creating a 2.5D stage-play version of Saya myself! 😍

Since she knows Orochimaru, I wonder if she might help Team Nine from the Hidden Leaf’s side if she ever appeared in Tales of the Phantom Island? 😳💭

I’d love to create and share more stage scenes in the future! ✨

A blue-and-white flycatcher perched in the trees took flight toward its companion, weaving through the breath of life around it.

Fushimi Sayo paused from gathering medicinal herbs and took a deep breath. Warm, gentle sunlight filtered through the leaves. The fresh scent of hinoki cypress and damp earth filled the air.

It was nothing like the sterile LED lights, or the smell of fresh blood and ethanol at Konoha Hospital. Of course, she didn’t dislike her workplace, but lately she had been so busy treating the injured that she had practically lived there. And there was still plenty of work waiting for her afterward.

She rarely had the chance to venture into this forest, a little way outside the village. All the more reason to enjoy it while she could.

“All right. This should be enough…”

She turned to place the herb in her hand into the bamboo basket.

“…?”

Sayo tilted her head slightly.

The basket was filled with medicinal herbs needed to make antidotes. But something in the middle of them was bulging unnaturally.

Then it began to rustle and move.

At first, she assumed some large insect had crawled inside. She certainly couldn’t have it eating the herbs. Sayo reached into the basket and rummaged through them until her fingers brushed against something strange.

This feels like… scales?

“Hissss!”

At that moment, a large white snake thrust its head out from the pile of herbs and hissed threateningly at Sayo.

Her eyes widened for an instant, but she calmly withdrew her hand. She immediately braced herself, yet the snake made no attempt to bite.

Instead, it snatched up a nearby sprig of Jakonboku, knocked over the basket, and slithered away as though fleeing.

The smell of fresh blood and ethanol.

…And now, gunpowder and machine oil had joined the mix.

“HISSSSSSSSS!!!”

Hakka’s monstrous shriek echoed through the hospital quarters, startling Sakura outside so badly that she dropped her clipboard.

“HISSS! What are you doing, HUMAN!?”

“…Struggling will only make it hurt more. Hold still.”

“I hate disinfectant! It stings! Stay away from me!!”

Hakka thrashed with all her might, shaking her head violently from side to side, while Iroha used all of hers just to hold her down.

“Calm the hell down! Your injuries aren’t gonna heal if you don’t let her treat you! And if you don’t get better, Master, who the hell’s gonna repair me!?”

“And what’s with all this!? If you’re treating me, just use that thing! You know, the one where chakra goes FWOOOSH out of your hands! That’d be faster!”

Sayo answered flatly.

“You mean the Mystical Palm Technique. Yes, that would heal you quickly… but if I don’t remove the poison and disinfect the wounds first, I’ll only make things worse.”

The ANBU certainly knew their trade. Apparently, they had coated their swords and kunai with a special poison to make sure their targets went down.

Perhaps Hakka’s unusual body helped, or perhaps her wounds were simply shallow.

Not that explaining any of this made the spoiled little snake girl in front of her listen.

“But I still hate disinfectant!!”

“…Would you rather the wounds get infected?”

“!”

“Choose.”

Hakka immediately began to settle down.

Apparently, the prospect of even more pain was enough to make her behave.

Finally calm, Hakka let Sayo begin treatment.

Sayo observed her as she worked. Each touch of a disinfectant-
