A few more demo snippets from my next release, Oddysey. I'd say it's about 75% done tbh. Can't wait to finish it. Some more videos and surprises coming soon!

This is my last little "promo" edit/sampler for my album. The next goals are low-budget music videos, cdr's and eventually shows.

ODYSSEY is in the works, ORACLE out now!

Link in bio.

My album ORACLE is finally out! I'm super excited and proud of it. It has its imperfections and rough edges, but it is 100% mine.

2011 was the last time I released music and I was going through a really erratic time in my life. I went from being in garage-rock bands in high school to making experimental music, and then eventually becoming a "rapper". I was obsessed with making music and performing live. It was all I'd dream about and one day, it just stopped.

It took a long, long time, but the inspiration, drive and passion came back to me. I'm so thankful to be alive and to be able to make music again. Every single fiber of my being is a part of this project.

I want to thank @xedout for always encouraging me and for loving me for who I am. I want to thank all my friends and family, especially the ones who'd ask me about my music. Lastly, I want to thank all the amazing artists who are pushing music forward rn. I am so deeply inspired atm.

PS The whole point of the Smoke Crack (now sc2099) project was always anonymity. The music/art may be personal, but it isn't necessarily about "me".

That being said, the album cover is a photo of my dog Scruffy. She passed away on October of last year. She was a stray and from the moment she came into our lives, she became family. We spent over 10 years with her and she was the sweetest, most loving pup. I was with her when she passed and that moment will live with me forever. The tenderness she represented will live on in my music forever.

Never thought I'd type this, but the links are in my bio. Much love! 🪽

Here are some of my favorite "beats" from my record. I'm so excited to share it with everyone, even if only a small handful of you hear it. The album is done, mastering is almost there and the cover is close to being finalized.

This whole process has taught me so much and I've learned that I'm more than capable of creating art that fully represents ME.

When this year started, I didn't know I was an artist, songwriter, producer, engineer, etc. but I've learned on the fly. Ultimately, this entire moment in time has not only empowered me, but helped me realize how powerful we ALL are.

This is my music and it is 100% mine. My soul is attached to all of these recordings.

Oracle is almost ready. Odyssey will be coming next. Thank you for reading this far!

I was hit by a car a week ago while leaving work (Friday, May 9). It was a hit and run, but luckily I was able to get up and walk it off. A cop and paramedics from the local fire department checked me out. I went to the ER and thankfully I had no broken bones or internal bleeding (just road rash and lots of soreness). As of right now, the driver got away, my bike is pretty wrecked, but at least I survived.

7 days later, it still hasn't really hit me. I get bummed out at times, knowing how much it would have hurt my family and friends if I passed away. That pain would have cut deep, I know that, but it obviously wasn't supposed to be the end of my little story.

This experience has only motivated me to keep chasing my aspirations; to work harder and dream bigger. It has allowed me to put things into perspective and realize how fragile life can be.

I want to finally become the person I'm meant to be. To be more loving, patient, caring and not take the time we have on this earth for granted.

When it comes to my music, I'm so focused and excited to record and eventually put it out there. It's fun, therapeutic and at times super personal, but it's 100% me.

When I was younger, I would get so worried that someone would create music like mine or come up with certain ideas/concepts before I did (as if I was in a musical race to land on the moon first). Ten + years later, I know my sound will always be my own. There's a lane no one's ever driven in because it's mine.

If you've gotten this far, thank you! The album, Oracle, is pretty much done and I'm on the editing/mixing stage. Can't wait to share it with all of you.

I'm just so happy to still be alive.

(This photo is the exact spot I was run over)

This has been a long, long time coming. For those that may not know, I used to make music but haven't recorded anything in well over 13 years. My spark for writing music died out and I honestly had just moved on. I'd been in garage rock bands as a teen, started making experimental music afterwards and was even a rapper. Then one day, my passion for it completely stopped.

Honestly, I'd still think about it once in a while. Album concepts/covers, music videos, artwork, sound design, song ideas, etc. It would still haunt me, but nothing would push me to get back into it. Friends would ask me "are you still making music?" and I'd either lie and say "I'm still writing" or tell the truth by saying "no". They knew my heart wasn't in it anymore and I could see the disappointment in their faces.

Fast forward to Summer 2023. Amidst stress from my work/personal life, songs started coming to me. Melodies, verses, lyrics, choruses and entire concepts for songs. I downloaded a voice recorder app on my phone and would sing these ideas every time they'd come to me.

It's now 2025 and I've begun making music again. It is such a surreal and special moment for me. I feel so inspired, motivated and fearless. For the first time, I am composing, recording and producing my own stuff. I'm working on an EP or mini LP and will eventually get to work recording the "album" album I started writing in 2023.

The phone kept ringing and I felt this undeniable feeling to finally pick it up.

Thank you to anyone reading this and to everyone who's ever encouraged me to never stop dreaming. New music coming soon!
