This kitchen was designed around how the space will actually be used, and lighting played a significant role in making that design work.

Beautifully built by @scarianoconstruction the pendants enhance the visual design while creating focused task lighting over one of the hardest working surfaces in the home. Their scale brings intentional balance to the island, while the repetition creates a visual rhythm that connects naturally with the overhead lighting. Over the sink, a complementary sconce creates another purposeful task zone while carrying the design through the space.

Layering light this way helps define how a kitchen functions, with focused illumination where work happens, comfortable ambient light throughout, and fixtures that contribute to the architecture rather than compete with it.

We were honored to be part of this beautiful bathroom remodel alongside @scarianoconstruction

Our sales associate, Deb, worked closely with the homeowner to select these timeless brass sconces, and we couldn’t love the finished result more. They add the perfect finishing touch and pair beautifully with the warm quarter-sawn white oak cabinetry by Linleys.

Project details:
Countertops: Bedrosians Nouvel Collection, Opal Marquee color with eased edge

I don’t know why, but projects always come in pairs for me.. two tables, two white oak kitchens, two mantles. Always from different clients. It’s so weird and it’s always been that way for 20 years.. thanks for the work @scarianoconstruction #pairs #multiples #project

A peak at interior selections inspired by the natural surrounding.

Lumber from trees milled on site will play a huge role in finishing spaces all around the interior.
