These are some of the stuff I've enjoyed reading and when I tell you they either had me gagging, crying, laughing like a fish, or smiling sheepishly. ☺️

What have you enjoyed reading lately? Don't gatekeep and share it in the comments.

In 2025, I had the opportunity to work closely with a health-focused NGO in Nigeria that had a powerful initiative designed to serve vulnerable communities. The vision was clear. The need was urgent. The passion was undeniable.

But there was one problem..FUNDING

Because of limited resources. What was meant to be a far-reaching project became only a small reflection of what it could have been. The work
was completed, and lives were touched, but far fewer than planned.

Sadly, this isn't rare. In the nonprofit space, you quickly see a pattern: many small, grassroots NGOs with the deepest community access and the strongest local trust are often the ones with
the least financial and strategic support.

They're closest to the problem, closest to the people, and closest to real change, yet farthest from the resources they need to scale their impact

That experience became the seed for The
Scharlet Fund. Because I believe that when the right support meets the right vision, transformation is not just possible-it's inevitable.

Sometimes the difference between a good idea and real, measurable impact is simply access to funding, access to strategy, and access to partners who genuinely believe in the mission.

We exist to be part of that difference. The journey just started.

Beyond the posting, start with why?
Don't think, oh it's too late I've already started. It's not.

Like all your coaches, I want your growth and you can't grow if you keep doing things haphazardly, you would experience zero growth

So pick up pen and book and craft proper strategy on what you want o achieve and how you would go about it.

Women's month is over and we are in a new month already. Can't believe it.

If I were to describe Q1 using a fruit, it would be avocado pear Not necessarily a fave but not so bad either.

How would you describe Q1?

The one thing I am trying to do more on these streets is supporting people that are trying to start something.
It's never easy and I believe that the slightest show of support goes a long way.

This is your sign to be a light and an encouragement wherever you are today. Meanwhile, do you know that I write on substack? Please check it out. Thank you🤗

Creatives are the driving force behind innovation and progress, bringing fresh perspectives and ideas to the table.

However, as Nigerian creatives, we face numerous hurdles and bustles that try to hinder us.

Despite this, our unique talents and skills are essential in building a thriving economy and shaping the future of both local and international businesses.

Are you a Creative?

Yesterday we kickstarted one of our biggest projects since inception and it was so amazing to see how many young people be impacted on and how much work is there to be done.

Throughout this process we have been humbled by all our volunteers, facilitators and sponsors. It's been mind-blowing what you all have done.

Classes are about to start in earnest and we can't wait for mind blowing results and testimonies from our students

First generation students are
super heroes on another level,
and I am honoured to be one of
them. We chose to stand out and make an impact, demonstrating to
the world that nothing is
impossible if you set your mind
to it. There are many first-gen students who are unaware of who they
are. You are significant, and you are
the true super heroes. Bravo to all first-gen
students!
