Stoked to find ourselves on this list again this year. It’s an incredible group to be considered in, and we count ourselves blessed every day.

3 years ago we had a wild idea and decided to try really hard everyday. Let’s see how much farther we can go. Thank you @latimesfood - No. 41!

Congratulations to our other OC counterparts: @mariosbutchershop and @knifepleat 👏

Since we were in the area, we decided to swing by one of our favorite spots The Dark Room for dinner tonight.

We are always excited to say hello to Zach & Drew and see what amazing things they've cooked up on the menu. Everything we've tried has been imcredible! We were bummed to hear they weren't there.

But then we found out that they were at the Los Angeles Times 101 Best Restaurant Awards and had just been selected as #41 tonight!!

Congratulations to @we.are.darkroom @woozface @schererzach you guys deserve it!! We are so happy for you guys. 🍷🍷🍷

One of the “flying cameras”—a special “dark” one—now calls @we.are.darkroom home.
It seems like the perfect home for this piece, doesn’t it?
I’m so happy that people will be able to see my art while enjoying delicious food and drinks 🖤

The best part of a pop-up is the people who pop in.

Our first Three Eyed Tiger Orange County preview brought out so many familiar faces, and we were SO psyched to finally share a little of what we’ve been obsessing over with our own community!

Big love to Sabrina and the @pioneer.com team for sharing your space and your joy. It’s an honor to be joining the Costa Mesa cocktail scene alongside you.

Our home at @thelabantimall is coming together, and we’ll share a peek behind the construction walls soon. Until then, join the mailing list at threeeyedtiger.com for all the intel on our next pop-ups and R&D sessions!

Drew Dreams of Unconventional Hand rolls pop up was a success at DARKROOM (and we have some marketing content for the next one). When I market the next one, you need to come because it’s so dang good.

Scroll to the last slides to check out the marketing pieces made on Sunday to get the word out. It involved a Ralph Maccio headband edit on Drew, with NO AI. I did, however; ask Nana Banans to turn Drew around for the menu slide - which was a crazy ask and an even crazier output.

Have you been to DARKROOM yet?! Hit me up on DM if you’re wondering what it’s all about or if you’re going!

When someone needs help or assistance, knowing where to turn could make all the difference. Orange County’s United Way’s 211 service connects people with essential resources (food, health care, housing, mental health support…etc)

On October 18th join us at DARKROOM for a four-course charity dinner honoring United Way’s work in the community with proceeds going to their 211 initiative.

Another part of our DARKROOM Loves You project, we would be honored to have you at the table. Book now on OpenTable or through the link in our BIO 🔗
