Arriving in NYC, someone on the plane asked me what brought me to NY. “Peloton!”, I said. And the follow up question was “you came to just ride a bike?!” So to those who think Peloton is just a bike let me tell you why I went 🙃

I went to Peloton because I made a goal for myself to hit 1,000 yoga classes in studio with my friend, @la_tiamariana for my 40th birthday present to myself. I did that, but I also got hugs from one of my favorite people in the earth, one of the most genuine people I have ever met. Mariana, you are the light I needed this weekend. I love you, amiga. Not only did I get to flow with you, but I got to run with you. I told you I would be slow but happy to be there, and I was both.

I went to Peloton, because I wanted to celebrate #hispanicheritagemonth with the instructors who help us celebrate our heritage every month. @radichell, I told you that you were the last of the three of you that I finally got into class with. You were certainly not least. I had a blast while you kicked my 🍑 and appreciate the coaching more than you know.

I went to Peloton to dance on the bike with @camilaramonnn because every time I’m in her studio is a damn party. Even though I was tired, I couldn’t help pull the adrenaline and ride just so I could get a hug at the end of class!

And lastly and maybe most importantly, I went to Peloton to be with my people. From randomly running into my friend, @mama_hustler3x_ and making so many more, all the hugs and high fives filled my heart.

So you see, Peloton isn’t just a bike, it’s a family. Hasta la proxima!

Are you challenged by self discipline? Do you find yourself struggling with not being able to Iachieve goals, or lack of satisfaction with where you are at in your life? You may benefit from a yoga practice and here’s why.

🧘‍♀️ Yoga & Self-Discipline 🕊️

Discipline isn’t just about willpower—it’s about alignment.

In yoga, we return to our mat again and again. Some days it feels effortless. Other days, it feels impossible. But we show up anyway. That’s tapas—the yogic principle of inner fire and self-discipline.

Through breath, stillness, and conscious movement, yoga teaches us to:
✨ Listen instead of react
✨ Stay present when things get hard
✨ Commit to growth, even when it’s uncomfortable

Self-discipline isn’t about forcing ourselves into perfection—it’s about creating habits that nurture our highest self.

Every time we honor our practice, we strengthen our ability to honor ourselves off the mat, too.

🧘 Keep showing up. Keep choosing you.

Our very first Connection Over Coffee was all the high-vibe energy we were hoping for! ✨

Incredible women.

Rich stories.

Popcorn-style advice (don’t worry, we’ll share those later!)

Laughter, head nods, and all the yes-girl energy you could ask for.

We left feeling happy, connected, understood—and already counting down to the next one.

Only critique? Not enough time!
(Which is why we’re doing it again… and again.)

Next up: Unwind Happy Hour
