The USA is pretty fucked up rn so here are some artists’ interpretations of me as a chicken. I don’t really have time to explain how this happened, but I hope you find some levity in it and that levity feels good in your body. If you want to draw me as a chicken, I’m building a collection unlike any the world has ever seen. Send it.

AW HECK, we’re gonna do it a 5th time! we can’t believe it either but dang it is a pleasure to let you know that although the rains came tumbling down, we held our breath and stood our ground. “Sweet Revenge” was released just over 50 years ago, and it’ll ring true as our JP tribute theme of 2024. five is prime, Prime Prine is also prime. high fives are even primer and we’ll be doing lots of those and feeling finer.

this will probably be the last and final special event at the current french co location on Ave D. what a trip! you really should come. @stavxyz gonna cry.

so the way it works is, you locomote or just teleport to @thefrenchcomarathon on October 12th and commence to enjoying yourself. we’ve noticed that the event is conducive to spawning lifelong friendships so we’d like to see that trend continue. bring or borrow a guitar and play a JP song. sign up early please at blowupyour.tv (link in bio). the event emcee, @schmeeglez will drive English teachers insane as he leads us through an evening of musical magic, featuring artists from all over the big blue marble playing their favorite @john_prine songs. we’ll eat wild honey, quote quips, quaff concoctions, and two step all the way to heaven. we’ll have supper ready for everyone. hoping y’all will bring your nice doggies too. kiddos more than welcome but no blaming or thanking us if they turn into folk singing hippie prophets

no tickets necessary, but marathon is a just a wee hamlet so make your arrangements soon. if you want to play a tune or two, there’s a sign up sheet on the website blowupyour.tv . More info at the link in bio. 🎶sweet revenge, sweet revenge, will prevail, without fail 🎶

if’n all goes well we’ll do tree of forgiveness next year

“I got an angel of woman with big blue eyes
Friends in the country, old neckties
Big cheeseburgers and good French fries
Could go fishing but the fish draw flies

Could go swimming if it ain't too deep
I'd rather just sit here and rest my feet
I know I ain't lazy cause I don't like sleep
Might just be lazy to you”

Something unfortunate and important happened in Paju, South Korea recently. 27 people in a 2 level Starbucks there tested positive for COVID-19 after 1 unknowingly infected patient visited the store and stayed for a couple of hours. However, each of the workers on shift during this time all tested negative. What exactly happened and why is it relevant to building scientists?

As it turns out, air conditioning can be extremely problematic and actually spread the virus if we’re not careful. Learn more about what went wrong in South Korea and how you can avoid the same mistakes. Read the new article via the link in our bio.

I’m probably driving her beyond insane these days, but she sticks around and loves me anyway and for that I’m a lucky potato.
