Really really dark brown-haired Lia meets red highlights Lia 🤝🙂‍↔️

A few moments of life lately.

What a beautiful yet very taken-for-granted thing to not be in pain. Every day feels 1% closer to full recovery. I have my realignment examination on Friday and X-rays and I’m really hoping for good news 🙏

…always and forever will KEEP ON MOVIN’

What a day welcoming hundreds of people to @benandjerrys and to celebrate all that @alzct is doing for families in Connecticut! We had a bride and groom, (Congrats Robin and Emily,) television friends, marathon friends, old friends and new friends! Good News Happens Here!

#8 in da boooookkssss 🥳🤩

Super proud of Sydney and myself for crushing the Hartford Half Marathon. We both ran sub 2 and we loved the lines of kids giving high fives and the many hilarious signs ppl made.

Proud of Max @schweitzerstudios for running despite knee issues. Thanks @carm.king, @kellyannbab, and @lucas_biran12 for coming out today to support us. Alsoooo feels good to officially beat @maxman9 😌

Of course, HUGE thanks and love to my parents who came and supported from an hour away only to catch us at the finish! Love you guys 🥰

I felt great until mile 10 and then felt cramping in my L calf and L hamstring. I knew I had to take it easier but my mind said: No, you got this. Mile 12 was the toughest but I did manage to get a Strava PR.

Official time: 1:53:05. So close to breaking my official PR- off by 12 seconds.

Catch @sydneyc01 and me as the women in red and pink for breast cancer awareness month….. and as someone who speaks for the trees in Dec

✨we glittered the entire way🤩✨

Would highly recommend doing a party pace half with your besties. We went a little faster than anticipated for the first 6 miles then we naturally slowed (more like I did) and Syd and Katherine were totally fine. Chatting through all of the hills. Great race conditions tho- shade, breeze, cheering crowds, and the views 👀

Max killed his half. Official PR and we think he placed and got a prize.

11/10 recommend wearing glitter.
I felt like a fairy. So good. Maybe I should wear glitter to class tomorrow. lol, jk
