“After seeing your face crossing the line at Kielder, you absolutely HAVE to race in Abu Dhabi!” 🥹❤️

30 DAYS! The World Duathlon Champs is just 30 days away! 🏃‍♀️🚲🏃‍♀️

Please help me get there and support our hearts along the way. 🫶❤️

Fundraising link is in my bio & in most of my stories. 🔗

Also… I actually don’t love my face in this photo 😂 I think it’s somewhere between being incredibly proud of myself and wanting to cry, but being far too dehydrated to produce any actual tears. 💀😂

Dedication builds podiums. 🥉

3rd overall at the Bishampton Autumn Duathlon, and every early alarm, track rep and long Sunday ride was in those legs.

Thank you to Phil at @ambition_running_1 for the fitness, Nick at @newsummitcoaching for the head game, and key sponsors for the continued backing.

Abu Dhabi next, racing for GB at the World Multisport Championships. 🇬🇧

What’s the one thing you stay dedicated to when it gets hard?

SPONSOR SHOUTOUT! 👕🔥

As we head toward the final stretch of the season, we want to send a massive thank you to the team at @scimitarcustom for another incredible season supporting the Wilson Racing team!

Their clothing always helps our team stand out, whilst remaining durable, comfortable, and built for the high demands of race weekends.

From custom team wear to the massive batch of fan merchandise that flew off our shelves at the recent Donington Park takeover, they are truly the best of the best in the custom clothing and merchandise business. We couldn't recommend them enough!

As the UK’s sustainable custom clothing specialists, they are proud to be your first and only stop for bespoke clothing, sportswear, and promotional items.

WHAT. A. DAY. END OF AN ERA.

Your photos are live so you can relive the mud, grit and determination.

Commando 2026 was our last event and we loved every 11 years we put it on but unfortunately some things have to come to an end!

Thank you to all participants, spectators, marines, marshals and our amazing crew who made it all happen!

For now, thank you for being part of the Commando Series legacy!

Love,
The Commando Team 🪖💚

Two weeks on… 🚴‍♂️

56 rugby clubs visited, hundreds of miles cycled towing a water butt, a tour around London, so many amazing people met along the way, an unreasonable amount of energy drinks and protein bars, a few too many hills (especially that one in Hampstead), legs that stopped working at times, and a promise this is my LAST post about The Offload Challenge 😂

I’ve had a bit of time to reflect on The Offload, and I feel very lucky to have been welcomed into so many clubs, met so many people and heard so many stories. It’s those moments that have stuck with me most, and reminded me why we started LooseHeadz in the first place 🖤🤍

A massive thank you to everyone who got involved, helped out, donated, greeted me at their club, asked what the challenge was at traffic lights, or just took the time to have a chat. It meant a lot ❤️

With 5 miles to go, my Dad was already in my ear talking about next year. I told him to do one and let me finish first. But… who knows, maybe there’s a potential in The Offload 2.0 👀😂

🥉 3rd overall at the @worcestertriathlonclub Bishampton Duathlon today. Proper battle with Jonathan Floyd and @jack__pontin for the podium, with @tom_keeps_tri_ing leading from run one and finishing strong 💪

Definitely getting stronger and faster thanks to Phil Nicholls’ expert guidance @ambition_running_1 - and this one was won in the head. Thanks @newsummitcoaching for keeping me strong when it hurts.

Next stop: Abu Dhabi for the @worldtriathlon_agegroup World Championships 🌍

What an incredible weekend at Donington Park for our BSB final and the team's @liquimolygbr takeover! We are super pleased with how it all went and with how many amazing fans and supporters turned up to show their love for the team and our sponsors.

We started with 2,900 Liqui Moly merch pieces, 100 @gbracing_eu merch pieces, and 400 Wilson Racing merch pieces created by our incredible sponsor @scimitarcustom, and you completely cleared us out by midday Sunday! On top of this, we also created a limited-edition run of 200 posters for Max, Lilly, and @rebekahellieracing95, which were also all cleared by Saturday evening.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to support the team as well as ask about our team, sponsors, riders, and the @f1000uk. It truly was an incredible weekend with unprecedented footfall and attention, which we couldn't have done without any of our incredible sponsors or fans.

Take a look at some of the best photos from the weekend and see if you can spot yourself! If you could please go and give all of our incredible sponsors and partners a like and follow, I will tag them all below for you all.

Until next season, we are wrapped up with the bikes and are focusing on training and rest now. However, the season isn't over yet as we are back out on October 16th–18th with Rebekah for the finale of the F1000 Championship! Make sure to follow along for all the updates! 🏁🔥
