Yes, I know there are a lot of records coming out right now. Things will slow down after this one, but hear me out...⁣
⁣
In 2019, Berlin's LIFEWENTPEAR released their debut album ' About About'. Things were looking good and there were provisional conversations about Brassneck helping out with the next record. Then a pandemic happened and things ground to a halt. New music was released digitally with two 5 track EPs appearing in the following years, but no new records until now.⁣
⁣
BRASSNECK RECORDS [UK], RACCOONE RECORDS [Germany] & WATERSLIDE RECORDS [Japan] are proud to present the 2 previous EPs on one handy 12" record. 10 tracks of gruff, mid-tempo punk with nods to Leatherface, Jawbreaker, Hot Water Music, etc that follow on perfectly from that amazing debut all those years ago.⁣
⁣
This is a limited pressing on clear vinyl with black smoke and you can snag it via the link in the Brassneck bio (or via the other labels' websites depending where you live)

New Mix - 20 - yes that's TWENTY - years ago this week @funkdub started a Jungle off shoot called "Lockdown" - so i've done a new mix with tracks from back then right the way up to now, link in bio via the website / mixclouds.

Here's some snaps of the night for a bit of nostalgia, we had a bunch of pals playing downstairs and up - it was a really fun night from what I remember! (also look out for a rare photo of myself sporting serious youthful junglist face)

Today is the day! The DOWN AND OUTS sixth and final album ‘Disconnect’ is now available on vinyl and digital formats with CDs to follow via WATERSLIDE RECORDS in Japan. All vinyl pre-orders via Brassneck have been posted and should reach you very very soon.⁣

Copies also available in the US via DEAD BROKE REKERDS.
⁣
With ten new songs and their first release since 2019, this is UK DIY punk at its very finest.⁣
⁣
Please give it a listen and maybe pick up one of the remaining blue records before they’re gone.⁣
