the sincerest thank you to all the campers, everyone who makes camp happen and everyone who came to support <3 im not sure how every year gets better, but these two weeks never disappoint. i’m incredibly sorrowful to say goodbye to this but i’m grateful for the time i’ve had and the person it’s shaped me to be. no words could encapsulate the feelings and memories that this camp provides so i’d just like to say thank you again and i love you all endlessly

(p.s. ash bracelet tradition will not end and i will mentor whoever is up for the challenge 🙂‍↕️)

I had such an amazing experience this year performing in Beauty and the Beast at BYU Broadway Bootcamp!

I absolutely loved this show. Every moment I was on stage it was a blast. Getting to play the Enchantress, and have contemporary ballet be a part of that, was truly so amazing and made me feel so beautiful on stage, and helped me connect to the character in a way I wouldn’t have otherwise.

This was my third and final time attending, and oh god. My heart is so full. My heart is so full for the cast, directors, this show, everything. I have loved every moment of my life at this camp. Grueling 14 hour days, dance classes, music rehearsals, spending time and creating art with my best friends in the world, directors who I love and respect and who push me to be better, trying to put together and entire show in 2 weeks, and more. I’ve grown so much as a performer, and as a person. I would not be who I am without this camp, and I cannot express how much it means to me.

I love you all, and I can’t wait to be human again with you in some other life💕

A final giant group hug with all of our 2023 campers. ♥️ We are SO proud of their hard work over the last two weeks! They spent hours in rehearsals and workshops, memorized music and practiced choreography in their spare time, supported and cheered for each other, and ended the experience with two amazing performances and with new friendships that will last a lifetime. ❤️ 🇫🇷 🎶 🎭

This show was so special and exactly what I needed at this time in my life. Being Mrs Banks taught me so much about myself and who I want to be, and I cannot express my gratitude enough to this wonderful team for allowing me to be a part of this amazing show. And I couldn’t have been with a better group of people, truly one of those times where you know EVERYONE was supposed to be here in this cast. Thank you for the magic.
