We had a little Friendsgiving last night and I will be eating like a king all week with all the leftovers! . Scott made a banging turkey and cranberry/orange/pecan sauce. Erik took charge of the corn casserole, corn bread and double baked potatoes. Ty served up some a delicious and spicy stuffing, green bean casserole, and a sweet potato soufflé that was ::chefs kiss::. Keith made perfectly cheesy Mac and Cheese and some salmon fillets (he’s mostly a vegetarian but will have fish). Indy made sure there were no scraps on the floor and JC and I showed up 🀣🀣🀣 (my role was more of the cleaning before and after. We all have our talents 🀣). . Thank you boys for a wonderful meal and an even more delightful night!
