You know why you don’t ask direct questions?
🤫🤐
You are scared.

That’s why you add all these extra words to soften soften it.

All this fluff.

All that unnecessary flattery.

You need to ask the hard questions.

Those questions have to also be valuable to the conversation. If not, they are just “part of your spiel”.

📞When you start filling in the blanks for your customer, you are indirectly telling them they don’t need to engage.

Why would they need to answer?
You’re assumptions (especially that are wrong) tell them you already don’t need answers and your questions are a formality.

That’s when their answers get shorter..
Yep. Nope. Uh huh. Mhm.

Quit talking over the dead space in your calls.

Genuinely Ask.
Shut up.
Genuinely listen.
And don’t fluff their answer or your questions with assumptions.

You become less professional in their eyes every time you do it.

“Buyers are NOT liars
Negotiators cause people to lie..

By the questions they ask”
- @grantcardone 🔟❌

It’s not enough to think questions control the conversation.

You have to also not be confrontational.

And also know how to GET answers to questions you ask.

Aaaannndd know how to ask questions you actually need the answers to that add value to your unique conversation.

If there is something you want to control, it’s how you get paid.

You want to know how to control how you are paid?

Master the trade 👔

“Alex mosey” 🤣 I almost didn’t post this.
What can I say🤷‍♂️

Speed over quality is a marketing tenant😅

You know what though- that slight caption error stopped me from posting this video a week ago.

And then the other videos I started to record recognize they should be behind this one.

This “opens a cycle” in your mind whether you like it or not.

That open cycle now occupies a price of mental and creative bandwidth and clogs up the outflow.

Don’t let this stuff get in your way.

Btw- I’m not saying quality doesn’t matter.

You paid full price for your phone and it needs an update.

You didn’t know everything before becoming a parent, and chose to have kids anyway.

It’s not just Grant Cardone who says this..

“A good plan violently executed now is better than a perfect plan executed at some indefinite time in the future.” George S. Patton Jr.

Customer are concerned you are in it for a cash grab. That fear stops them from openly sharing their problems. That’s why it’s our job to uncover it. @grantcardone #10x #cardoneuniversity #10xrule
