🔥 Your expectations mean nothing without ACTION!

One thing I always tell people: You can’t expect different results while operating with the same habits.

During this Vibe Tribe University workshop, we challenged participants to think differently about their expectations, structure, accountability, and productivity through my ESAP Framework. 💯

Because personal growth isn’t just about what you WANT. It’s about what you’re willing to DO consistently to get there.

The conversations were real. The perspectives were powerful. And the growth starts with YOU! 💪🏾

Life Is A Vibe.™

💬 What’s one area of your life where you need more accountability?

Thank you to @vibetribeuniversity for bringing me in to present to the Morehouse College TRIO Program staff. Grateful for the opportunity to have conversations around leadership, accountability, and the impact we have on the people we lead.

Every student you lead will eventually leave.

And years from now, they probably won’t remember every deadline you reminded them of, every resource you connected them to, or even every conversation you had.

But they’ll remember who they became in your presence.

Did you make them feel capable?
Did you challenge them when it would’ve been easier not to?
Did you believe in them enough to hold them accountable?
Did you create space for honesty while still expecting growth?

The measure of great leadership isn’t how dependent people become on your guidance.

It’s whether, because of your guidance, they eventually learn how to lead themselves.

That’s the kind of impact that lasts long after they leave the room.

Just learning to go out and shoot.

A few moments with my car, some everyday details, and a camera in my hand. Nothing too planned just following the moment and letting the creative mind flow.

Still learning. Still experimenting. Still finding my style.
Sometimes the best thing you can do is just go film something.

One frame. One sound. One day at a time.

First time working with Premiere Pro.

Just taking some time to capture the sights and sounds of the city I’m from

Still learning. Still figuring things out. Still getting better.

But that’s the point just going out and filming something, playing around, being creative, and learning from every project.

One day at a time. One frame at a time.

On July 31, 2026, at 2:00 PM, I will officially graduate from Jacksonville State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Photography and a minor in Film.

This moment is about so much more than earning a degree. It’s the quiet result of years of faith, sacrifice, resilience, and choosing to keep going even when the path wasn’t easy. Every challenge became a lesson, and every lesson became part of the person I am today.

To my family, friends, professors, and everyone who believed in me, thank you. Your love, encouragement, and prayers carried me through this journey, and I will always be grateful.

Photography has taught me to preserve moments. Life has taught me to cherish them. As I step into this next chapter, I do so with humility, purpose, and faith, believing that this is not the destination, but the beginning of everything I’ve been preparing for.

To God be the glory. The best is yet to come. 🎓📸
