HYROX Bangkok was a reflection of the work.

Weeks of showing up together at Island Fitness, putting in the sessions, staying consistent, it all came through on race day. Proud of how everyone stepped in, held their own, and finished strong.

We take this with us.

Three months out from HYROX Jakarta. Back to work, with more to build and more to sharpen.

We’ll be ready. Let’s go!

Train hard. Train smart. Have fun doing it.

Led by our super coach, HYROX Pro athlete, Johnny Tieu, our training prepares you for race day without losing the joy in the process.

All levels welcome. All goals respected. One strong community behind you.

Train for HYROX the Islander way.
