Celebrating one whole year of The Wellness Bar 🤍✨

We’re still feeling so much love after celebrating our first birthday with you all. Thank you to everyone who came along, celebrated with us and made the day so special.

Most importantly, thank you to our incredible community. To every single person who has stepped into the studio, booked a class, brought a friend, supported our events or simply cheered us on along the way, you’re what makes The Wellness Bar what it is🫶🏼

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported the studio behind the scenes, collaborated with us: @scran.prep for the incredible overnight oats and @matchaxmascarpone delivering the most perfect signature blue cold foam matchas, @pieceofcakebradford for the sweetest dotcakes and @mmeganbailey for providing the best cookie goods.

A big thank you to who all helped us bring our little vision to life.

One year of movement, connection and community and we’re only just getting started. Here’s to everything still to come 💫

We couldn’t have done it without you.

With so much love, The Wellness Bar team x

Honest Review… Scran Meal Prep 💛

Local Brighouse meal prep company SCRAN @scran.prep kindly gifted me a couple of preps to try and let me tell you they didn’t disappoint!

First up trying their Beef Ragu option *chefs kiss*

I struggle the most during the day and having the time myself to actually ‘prep’ so these are perfect for me to pop in the microwave (said in the tone of Nigella Lawson IYKYK) for my lunch and can still stay within my macros. Everything is cooked from scratch with no nasties!

You can buy meals for the week, or subscribe for the month! Ultimate planning!

For 10% off quote DELTA10 and tell them that Yorkshire lass sent you! 🤣
