A little behind the scenes of what it looks like trying to juggle wellbeing, work, building Amore Wellness and growing a sports brand that supports women who move 💗 As the community gets bigger, there’s so much more happening behind the scenes networking, admin, planning, meetings, organising events and creating more opportunities for you girls. I’m also getting ready for the Amore Active relaunch and our November photoshoot, so right now time is VERY valuable 😂 And girls, journaling and meditation have played such a big part in me building the confidence to actually show up for this space. One of the best things I ever did was start coaching myself through journaling. Writing things down, questioning my own thoughts, reminding myself what I’m capable of and learning how to keep moving through the uncomfortable chapters instead of giving up. A lot of the confidence you see now has been built behind the scenes first 🥹💗 Then there’s the physical side. I’m determined to get back strong and we need to be HITTING those macros 💪🏼😂 but when life gets busy, one of the first things I neglect is my eating. I’ll train, work, organise everyone else and then suddenly realise I’ve barely fuelled myself properly all day 🙃 That’s why having my meals prepped by Scrandiggity has genuinely been such a help. It takes one job off my plate while making sure I’m still getting proper meals in and fuelling my body for training. And I know so many women in this community are juggling work, families, training, businesses and everything else life throws at us sometimes making things easier for yourself IS part of looking after yourself. SCRANDIGGITY x AMORE WELLNESS 🥗 ✨ 10% OFF one-off meal orders ✨ 25% OFF your first monthly subscription Message me if you want the discount details 💌 Journal. Move. Fuel yourself. Build your confidence. Keep showing up for the woman you’re becoming. Move the body to build the mind… then the world is yours for the taking x 💗 @scrandiggity_mealprep @amoreactive_

This has been in the works behind the scenes… and we can finally tell you. 🌿🤍 Scrandiggity x Elyssia are teaming up to create something we genuinely don’t think has been done like this before. Introducing GUT & GLOW ♡ A completely new meal prep brand, created with women in mind. Food designed around women’s health, gut health and feeling good, without sacrificing the one thing we refuse to compromise on… TASTE. 🤌🏼 Think gluten-free, dairy-free, gut-conscious, anti-inflammatory-inspired meals, with options developed around the needs of women dealing with things such as PCOS and digestive sensitivities. Scrandiggity has spent years learning how to make meal prep food people actually look forward to eating. Now, together with Elyssia, we’re taking everything we’ve learned and building something completely different. Not a new Scrandiggity menu. A whole new brand. A whole new purpose. 🌿 GUT & GLOW Nourish • Balance • Glow Food that loves you ♡ This is only the beginning… 👀 #woman #mealprep #pcosawareness #guthealth
