My work travel finally caught up with me, so I reported directly to Recovery AF. 😂

Carl welcomed me in, the boots went on, and I was very happy to stop being in charge of things for a minute.

Needed this. Love my Firm AF family. ❤️

Upper Body Glow with Carl at Firm AF 💪✨

Started strong, ended up needing a moment to reconsider all my life choices. 😂

Carl was clearly very proud of himself. My arms and I have some complaints. 🤣❤️

Love this crazy Firm AF family! 💪🔥

Best way to kick off NYC Pride weekend!! Thank you @firmaf.studio and somaticlifeforce for this incredible event! We were thrilled to be a part of it, especially with proceeds going towards Kaleidoscope through the Center for Family Services. For those who couldn’t attend, please consider donating to this cause on the Firm AF page to support LGBTQ+ youth this pride month!!🥳🏳️‍🌈

I pitched Sonny an idea, a class just for new moms. Not groundbreaking, I know.

But what came out of it was.

Somewhere between the shaking, sweated and the 16lb weighted baby vest, something shifted.

It stopped being a workout and started being something we didn’t know we were starving for.

Time. Space. Other women who get it.

Permission to stop shrinking and start showing up for yourself, as yourself.

New moms don’t have to do small. We just needed a room to prove it.

This is only the beginning ✨

Upper Body Glow at Firm AF = shoulder burn, arm shake, and better posture in one class. Came for the workout, stayed for the glow.

decided to do a little “vlog” since i had so much going on this past friday 🙃😎

every day starts w a protein smoothie and a sumo in this house 🫶🍊

i usually don’t like taking cars to work out classes but it was cold, far and i didn’t have the time to walk so we took a lyft 👌

had my first class @firmaf.studio and really loved it. first off, the studio is STUNNING. I was a little intimidated at first because i had never seen a machine like that before but @sculptwithsonny was so friendly, welcoming, and explained everything so i was comfortable!! this low impact workout was super challenging, fun(!!) and i felt like i was sore before i even left!! 💪😅

then i headed over to my weekly @stretchmed_hoboken session! we started with a wall sit (which I’m happy i got on video bc wow i really didn’t go that low at all! lol) and then amy did her thing! 😮‍💨 (more about this session to come!)

then a little self care w @nailsbykimhoboken @nailedit_hoboken 💅 💅

and we ended the day @bergen_hall for some march madness 🏀, delicious food and drinks 🍻 and a great time w my girls! ♥️

The Aspire Tour was absolutely what the doctor ordered. It’s easier to think bigger when you’re around people who think and live BIGGER! So grateful I was able to be a part of this and share it with my bestie @sculptwithsonny! We got there early to make sure we saw all of the amazing celebrity speakers and business moguls such as Kevin O’Leary, Bethany Frankel, and David Goggins . 🏆

Wishing you ALL growth & love. Let’s make these last few months of 2025 something special! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
